April 28/29 was my third stop at Wilson. Great treatment each time. Fifteen cents off fuel with AOPA membership. They got a great rate on a rental car for me. Washed the windshield and provided bottled water for the return trip.

We had to stop at CHA both ways on an ACY-AUS-ACY trip. I called ahead and made arrangements for quick turns. The west bound was a whole 30 minutes. I was pleased, but the east bound took a whopping 20 minutes. Wilson Air I thank you for your help and am glad to see you at CHA. Job well done!!!!

Wilson Air Center was amazing. I read the reviews and literally thought they might have just been written by staff members because they were all so good. HOLY cow was this a first class FBO. I flew from PDK-AHN-CHA on a 172, and they literally rolled out the red carpet for my date and me. Not to mention I called ahead the previous day and lined up a rental car, but when I showed up they asked if I would prefer saving money and would like to take the crew car (we were just going for dinner). Amazing! First class acts all the way.

Well, I spoke too soon. I should have waited until my departure to comment on Wilson's because I would have said even BETTER things about them had I waited! This is truly a world class FBO. I would venture to say the best I've ever been to anywhere. It was POURING rain at CHA as I was preflighting the plane (red on radar) and the lineman who pulled out my plane said "hey your tire looked a little low when I went to put the chocks on". He gets the truck and lying in the pool of water under the plane, in the driving rain, proceeds to check and fill my tire. He could have ignored it and kept himself nice and dry but he didn't. You don't find service like you do at Wilson's at many places anymore. Absolutely world class. Wish I had to travel to CHA more!

This is the friendliest FBO we stopped with in 45 years of flying, so good that we will include CHA as a stop even if we don't need to. What more can one say? Wilson’s people are wonderful.

What an outstanding experience! Flew in today in a Cirrus and felt like I was flying in a G5. Taxied right up to the front door, red carpet out and greeted by the linemen and staff. I can honestly say I've never been to an FBO that pulls out all the stops like Wilson's does. Fantastic new facility. Looking forward to stopping by again. Absolutely top notch facility and extremely pleasant polite staff!!

Used Wilson Air for the first time last night. Unbelievable service and super nice staff! These folks know how to take care of the customer. When we parked they actually put down a red carpet on each side of the plane. They let us use the crew car to get some dinner and had the plane fueled and ready to go when we returned AND they do not collect that ridiculous parking fee that the other FBO claims is required. Wilson Air is my new stop at KCHA!

Quite possibly the best FBO experience seen to date. Flew the 210 in there this past Friday, and several folks met us at the airplane to help with bags, kids and car seats. The rental car was ready and waiting, and they even helped us put the car seats in. The process was repeated on the RTB side. Great customer service! We plan to return to Chattanooga--when we do we'll park at Wilson Air Center.

Flew our Lance in for the Labor Day weekend. Wonderful "red carpet" treatment for the whole family! They loaded our bags in the waiting rental car. We had to leave the plane and drive home due to TS Lee. They put the plane in their hangar at no extra charge. Went up today and flew home. Beautiful new facility with awesome, friendly staff. We look forward to returning to Chattanooga.

Absolutely first rate, top notch FBO! We landed our Cherokee for a three night stay in Chattanooga. Hotel was booked, rental car cooling out front and baggage loaded by the time our "red carpet" was put away. Southern hospitality at it's finest!

Flew in on August 7, welcome sign was a nice touch. Wilson's staff was great, Andrew and Cheri were very professional and accommodating. Fuel was much cheaper than TAC Air. The facility is beautiful. It was nice that our family was able to walk out to the plane for hugs before loading up to leave. We fly into KCHA several times a year and Wilson will be our FBO of choice. Thanks!

What a great experience!! All employees are actually familiar with what an FBO is all about--service! They all are exceptionally knowledgeable on the intricacies of running a first class FBO. There will be no growing pains here! They are ready for you! We arrived August 5 for a day trip but had to overnight due to Wx at our destination. Superb service!

Marshaled in, red carpet laid out, fueled almost immediately and for being in a Piper Arrow! Brand new facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. This is the best of the best. Highly recommended.

I am looking forward to Wilson’s coming into Chattanooga. Mr. Ivey has assured me that the silly $10 landing fee will be a thing of the past. I have used Wilson's at Memphis for a long time and have been very impressed with their service and attitude, which was confirmed with a visit to KCLT last week. I look forward to using Chattanooga once again in the near future.
