Arrived 5 minutes prior to VP Biden's TFR going into effect. Line staff had the car waiting on the ramp. Made a quick transfer of our baggage and had us on our way. Ashley at the desk is friendly and efficient. Couldn't have been nicer even if I'd arrived in a Phenom 300! Thanks Landmark.

Rental car was waiting on the ramp without even asking. Awesome customer service... Even to a guy in a Cessna 150. I don't know who the GM is at this Landmark but he is in charge for a reason! Thanks to everyone!

Erin is a very enthusiastic and efficient CSR. Ashley, who was on duty the next morning, was equally friendly and the line persons were competent and gracious. Upon our unexpected arrival in a Mooney due to a weather diversion, Erin arranged a hotel room with a good discount, our borrowing the crew car for dinner on the waterfront, hangar space on account of a severe thunderstorm watch, all with a smile. Avgas price was high but ramp, facility and hangar fees were waived. I usually fly bigger turbine equipment but I was left with the very pleasant feeling that the small guys are treated as well as the corporate and charter heavy iron jocks.

Superb service even for us little guys! We just had a great long weekend visit in our Piper Comanche. Straight forward pricing with plenty of extras thrown in. I will definitely be returning to Landmark. From the car at planeside before we shut down to the helpful taxi instructions on the way out, the crew at Landmark could not have been more helpful or pleasant. A well run operation that just won a long term customer. Great job guys.

First trip into CHS and was treated great by the folks at Landmark. Bill was on the line and gave me a friendly courteous welcome. Erin and Ashley were both excellent at the front desk. Fuel is high but first night tiedown waived with purchase. Great folks...This is the best place to fly if you're trying to get to Downtown Charleston.

Called ahead to both FBO's as I usually do when going to a new airport. Both were friendly, Landmark was a little cheaper, which surprised me, usually with two FBO's they charge almost dollar for dollar what the other one does. Anyway, I was met at the plane by a very friendly lineman who called a cab and carried my bag inside. When the cab arrived, I was in the restroom, my bag was in the cab waiting! Departure this morning was just as smooth, fuel isn't cheap, but it's not cheap where I am based either. I would highly recommend Landmark at CHS.

Recent two night stay in my piston single: The fuel price is high but the service was worth it. I showed up without calling ahead yet they arranged a rental car and brought it to the plane before I even had the bags unloaded. They got me a great discount at a nice hotel in town. When it came time to depart it was raining, but they pushed the plane into a hangar so we could load up in the dry, then pulled the plane back out and off we went. Thanks, we'll be back!

Great service. Chose Landmark over Atlantic due lower fuel minimum for parking fee waiver... 7 gallons or top off for piston single. Also they provide $0.20 per gallon off for AOPA members. Met immediately upon arrival and parked right up front. Rental car brought right to plane. Kuerig coffee and cold sweet tea in the lounge. Service was excellent. Great views of the C5’s and F16s were nice too!

Landmark represented by Erin did a great job! We pulled in with our Cirrus surrounded by large jets and were treated fantastically. Our rental car was running to cool it down and Erin explained and helped us get "their" rate at Charleston Place. We saved big money and got upgraded. She also gave us dinner suggestions, and the fuel was less than published! One of the best FBO experiences I've had. And I've had a few. Thanks!!!

I arrived at Landmark on 4/3/2011 in a C172 for dinner in Charleston. The service was excellent, just as it was back when this FBO was Million Air back in 2008. Many of the same people are still around. There was a short wait for one of the crew cars, but it wasn't a problem at all. I'll certainty be back.

Visited CHS on a day trip. Sent identical emails to both Landmark and the other FBO two days prior (at 10:00 at night) asking several questions. Landmark responded shortly after 7:00 a.M. the next morning answering every question and providing a bit of extra info about discounts, etc. Didn't receive other FBO's response until late that afternoon. Landmark was friendly and efficient, and had a rental car waiting right outside. Very pleasant experience!!!

I have one word to describe this FBO, Erin! Excellent customer service and friendly smiles. Name has changed and all the great comments about this FBO vanished, but they still have the same great people! I'll be back!

I stopped in last weekend for two nights in my C210. There was a mixup on my fuel order and as soon as Landmark discovered it they called me. They apologized for the error, did more than enough to correct it in my mind, and even had the GM, Ben, meet me at the airport when I left to make sure I was OK with everything. We all make mistakes and if everyone went the extra mile like Landmark did to fix this one, life would be pretty easy.
