I flew in for the first time for a weekend visit to Charleston. Very impressive facility and they treated our little Warrior and us very well. We called from the air and the taxi was waiting for us on the tarmac when we landed. Thanks for great service and treating us like one of the turbofan crowd!

Flew in to pickup a friend arriving on a commercial flight. Staff was great and offered a crew car to pickup our passenger even though I'd only flown a twenty minute flight and didn't need any avgas. I will definitely plan ahead and arrive with some tank space the next time I visit. Odyssey is not just for big expensive kerosene burners!!

As Paul Harvey said, "Here is the rest of the Story". I contacted Ben Wells, the Odyssey Manager, and related to him the practices utilized by Hertz. He immediately contacted Hertz and had the bogus charges removed and credited back to me. It is a shame we have to do business this way but fortunately we have people like Ben and his staff taking care of their customers. I will definitely return to Odyssey CHS, but will NEVER rent from Hertz again. I cancelled three Hertz reservations for future trips. You can rely on Odyssey CHS.

Odyssey is a very good FBO and provides very good service. Unfortunately they rent Hertz automobiles. The information Hertz provides to them is wrong. After quoting a final price they add on large amounts of extra charges after they have told Odyssey that these charges were included in the quote. Unfortunately Odyssey believes them and passes this on to you. Do not believe what Odyssey tells you about rental cars. Make your rental car arrangements directly with the car agencies; you cannot trust what Odyssey is telling you. Save yourself large amounts of grief in this area. Their aviation services are very good.

Visited CHS the weekend of Aug 22 2009. Great service from this FBO. Aston at the front desk set up a rental car from Hertz for $39/day. She also set up a great deal on a $300/a night hotel in the historic district. Alas that fell through due to this weekend being college move in day. She then arranged for a room at the Marriott. Excellent FBO. Gas a little high but we only bought 27 gallons. Still I would highly recommend Odyssey. Now if they can just fix the humidity.

Again--outstanding service from the folks at Odyssey. I came in rather late on this hot summer evening, but experienced unbeatable customer service from everyone--from Brian (the expert hangar stacker and Mooney tug driver), Veronica at the front desk (who smoothly resolved an issue with rental car availability) to Ben Wells (the General Manager) who worked with Veronica late that evening to make sure I received that fantastic Odyssey hospitality. You just cannot get any better service anywhere than here at CHS with Odyssey...I recommend you consider nobody else when you come to Charleston. They continue to earn my loyalty each and every time. Great job!

Planned a last minute trip to Charleston and called to arrange for a rental car prior to departure and asked about recommendations for dining out downtown. On our arrival our car was ready and driven out so we could get loaded up. Ashley had also taken the time to print out several local menus and directions. Great service, we will be back.

Flew into KCHS on 7/3 and was greeted on the tarmac by Ben Wells the manager. Car was waiting and the cookies were excellent. Received fuel discount as an Odyssey customer from elsewhere that really made my day. Plane kept right outside the door so my departure could not have been easier. Best service in the Charleston area!

Flew in about 3 months ago for a photo shoot over a weekend and received nothing but excellent service. The facilities are new and impeccable and the staff is highly professional. You might be better off getting an Enterprise rental car though instead of Hertz, as they are priced quite steeply.

Recommend this FBO over the other one on the airport. The staff and facilities are first class. Hangar for my Mooney was $30 per night compared to a quote of $100 per night at the other FBO. There is a ramp fee that is waived with fuel purchase but it was expected considering it is a Class C airport.

This FBO is really a first class operation. I was down a couple of times and both experiences were great. Staff is eager to please and the line crew is right on their game! I will be back! Thanks guys!

Flew into CHS on 3-9-09 in a Bonanza and were greeted promptly by a lineman who guided us to a parking spot. He asked what he could do for us and when we told him we would be there a few day he helped us (my wife and me) with our luggage and had the service manager call for a cab to take us to our hotel. While checking in, the customer service manager asked where we were staying. Our hotel was one they dealt with and she called them and managed to get our daily room rate reduced by a significant amount. This was a very pleasant experience and the customer service was among the best we have experienced.

I visited Odyssey this past week and the service was phenomenal! We arrived in our Cirrus an hour later than expected, but the FBO was watching us on the flight tracker and had our transportation ready and waiting. Mid-week, I needed to fly to another destination and back again - they had my plane up front, fueled and ready to go - upon returning, our transportation was ready and waiting once again! We departed on Friday and the manager came out to the aircraft to help us and ask about the service - truly a customer focused type of thing to do - I was impressed! Every person we encountered during our 4 trips to the airport over a several day period including the front desk staff, lineman and manager were polite, responsive, caring and did a great job. Again, the word phenomenal is the best way to sum up our experience with this FBO and it's wonderful staff. If you're headed to the Charleston area, this is the FBO you should be visiting! We'll certainly be back again!

This was my first trip to Charleston since Odyssey took over. This is one of the most organized and attentive FBO's I've ever visited. In years past, I dreaded my trips to Charleston due to the poor service, but those days are apparently gone. I was impressed and will certainly return.

Honestly I was a bit disappointed. The line guys were great, very motivated and helpful. Inside it was a different story. I'd made a reservation for a taxi, which took over an hour to obtain. Coffee was cold. Fox News on very loud (OK I know this is SC not exactly CNN country). Building was great, spacious and modern but young girl behind the desk didn't inspire much confidence. I was flying a piston single.

To echo previous comments, an FBO, which sets the standard in my opinion. Flew in for a 1 day meeting in a C182 and was treated like I arrived in a C750. Created a reservation through their website, and everything went incredibly smoothly. If only all (I'd settle for most) FBO's took customer service to the level that Million Air, Charleston does.

I fly the ugliest 310 in the world but I'm always treated like a king when I pull up. Today I found a package on my front door from Andrea Patrick (Million Air Marketing- Cincinnati) thanking me for my business. Wow guys... First Class. I don't deserve this kind of treatment. No matter where I go if there is a Million Air on the field that will be my choice.

At the risk of being redundant, this may well be the classiest FBO I've ever visited! The line crew is prompt and efficient, the front desk folks are downright cheerful, and the facililties are the most lavish I have ever seen. I'll be back!

Maybe it's the Charleston weather. Maybe it's the management. But the line staff at Million Air Charleston is not only competent but also unfailingly cheerful and helpful. We fly into CHS regularly to pick up passengers and only occasionally purchase fuel and are nevertheless greeted with enthusiasm and our passengers are treated with courtesy. I look forward to pulling up on their ramp. - George Scheer, Children's Flight of Hope

Landed just after sunset 2/15 and Anthony was busier than a one-arm paper hangar. A SATSair was departing, we were arriving and a jet was prepping for departure and he was the only one working. Yet, after our potty stop after the 5-hour leg down from CT, he had our car next to the plane. They were out of chocolate chip cookies however, which was the only bad experience I've ever had at this FBO.

This FBO is simply the very best. A friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff greeted our Cessna 414. This team did everything from fueling, having our plane ready for an 8 am departure and bringing the rental to the door. We enjoyed the same excellent experience on the return trip. Flew in for a $100 hamburger (or, more accurately, a $200 seafood dinner) and received excellent service from the lineman and the CSR. CSR even offered to box up cookies for us, but after the seafood we hardly needed dessert, even to go. A very pleasant experience.

Flew in to Million Air Charleston for a 3-day business trip, a few associates and myself. The ladies at the front desk were top notch professional. But what affected us the most was the initial greeting from the linemen. One of the linemen named Marc, used chivalry tactics on the ladies and really impressed them. He extended his hand out to each one and helped them off the stairs as well as being friendly and genuinely courteous. And upon leaving he directed us out as if we were one of the Blue Angels. The whole staff knows how to treat a guest. This place is highly recommended to anyone passing thru Charleston.

The Million Air folks are absolutely the best. Everyone from Cheryl at the front desk and the linemen on both shifts treated me... like a "millionaire". It didn't matter that all I brought in was my Mooney! The linemen--who couldn't have shown more TLC to every request and operation (they even towed my Mooney with extra caution) were the best. Just an example of their hospitality: the temperatures during the night were going to be unusually cool overnight and I was in the first few hours of a newly-overhauled engine. I had asked the FBO folks if I could park near an AC outlet so I could plug in my preheater overnight. When that wasn't going to work out Joe Gatechair, the General Manager, stepped in without being asked--and offered to put my Mooney in the big hangar overnight--at no extra charge. They've earned all my future business... kudos!

This airport has needed some competition for a while - so it is a welcome change to see Million Air come to the airport. The only problem is that Million Air is so good - they may just put all the competition out of business!!! Don't even think of going anywhere else - they are incredible!

I made a comment about a stop at CHS just a couple weeks ago, I don't want to drone on... however this is a FBO that is really working hard to earn business at CHS, I visited again this past week. No, I don't have any stake in the operations, however the staff is incredibly attentive and they all have great attitudes. Both Jessica and Karen at the desk will bend over backwards to get you what you need. Upon departure it was raining and a line man stood there while I received clearance for my departure. Above and beyond... exceeded my expectations and I will continue to use Million Air at CHS. By the way the facility is top notch.

Stopped in to Million Air twice in the past three weeks. Greeted promptly by the lineman both times. Great service. Fuel only the first stop. On the second stop we were delayed for weather overnight. The girls at the desk were very helpful arranging hotel reservations and transportation. Put my Baron in the hangar at no extra charge when the weather threat of severe T storms.

Flew into Million Air yesterday. Found the entire experience very good, approach controllers were very helpful in getting me around some heavy weather. Upon landing the line men were there to greet us, and were very cordial to the passengers and made sure that the plane was taken care of. Karen at the front desk quickly took care of a rental car and a place to stay downtown. Very good experience and I will be back next time I am in Charleston. They have been open only a couple of months.

Flew in on Sunday around 12pm for a day trip with my family to visit my sister. Million Air is very easy to find and much more personal than Corporate Wings. The line crew promptly parked us in front of the FBO. The ladies at the desk inside were also very accommodating. The facility is very luxurious with complimentary soft drinks, coffees, and cookies. We returned about 6pm to find the plane still parked right where we left it and a very enthusiastic line person, Sean, to marshal us out. Thanks again...We'll definitely be back soon!

Pulled up to Million Air at 0700 and a linemen was out to park me. Put me right in front of the building and treated me with the respect you normally only get from a mom and pop FBO. Would highly recommend Million Air to any one coming to Charleston.
