Friendly folks!

FBO is outdated but the people were very friendly. We stayed 4 nights to accomplish some survey work. Another company provides the hangar space. We bought over 350 gallons of fuel. They also offer no Phillips points on the fuel. Hilton Garden Inn is brand new and excellent place to stay the night!

This is the only choice of FBOs at KCKB. Bare bones FBO that poorly represents the great communities of Bridgeport, Clarksburg, and Fairmont. A lack of a dedicated courtesy car, limited seating for passengers and pilots (an old couch and two beat up lazy boy chairs), and floor space smaller than a two bedroom apartment, this FBO is by far in the top 3 worst FBOs in the state of WV. The staff does an average job of fueling and servicing aircraft. However, we rarely buy fuel here for reasons listed above. As the gateway to the region, the airport needs a new 21st century facility for corporate aircraft and flight crews.

From Glynn P. Tucker on 07-Nov-2008
Stopped by on a cross country ferry flight. It was around 1900 hours and the FBO was able to set me up with a motel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have stopped here before but just for fuel. Will stop here again.
