I want to thank Tim and Mark from Constant Aviation. I am in KCLE today in a 421, I have an issue with my left engine. I left a message for Tim, he called back promptly, and advised he probably would not be able to get a look at the engine today, and he also didn't know if he had somebody with enough familiarity to do a good job of trouble shooting the engine. Within 10 minutes Mark called and confirmed they did not have anybody that he felt comfortable with diagnosing the issue. Mark is trying to find a local mechanic that works on recips more regualarly. It takes a lot for a shop to own up to not being able to really help you out, but the guys at Constant are going above and beyond to assist me in getting a mechanic here to look at the plane. Thanks to the Constant team, I appreciate your dedication to the customer, even though I am not one. If I'm ever given the chance to work with Constant Aviation in the future, they've earned a shot at my business, by offering so much help today.
