Arrived, they had rental car pulled up to plane (single engine), pulled out red carpet, and had plane fueled all in ten minutes. Return next day was equally efficient. Interior was spic and span and comfortable. Highly recommended.

My girlfriend, her 5 year old daughter, and a friend who piloted a Skylane 182, arrived at Sun Air at 4:00 pm from Santa Maria on Christmas Eve to meet my 10 year old son and 13 year old daughter to exchange Christmas Gifts. The staff made our visit extremely pleasant on such a special day. We opened gifts in front of their beautiful Christmas tree and it felt like we were at home. The linemen were great and very professional. Their facility is first class and highly recommended.

Arrived at 8:30 AM and left at 3:30 PM on Thursday, Oct 26. Excellent staff, service and facilities. Waived all fees with purchase of 120 gallons of Jet A. Also provided a courtesy car so we could get breakfast and lunch. The treatment and facilities were well worth the extra 10 cents per gallon for fuel compared to the other suppliers on the field. A very positive experience.

Stopped in today to pick up some passengers. Prices are reasonable and comparable to other FBO's of this class. Compared to Oxnard where our company was charged a $200 ramp fee for a King Air we are getting more here for less. If I was charged a ramp fee what Sun Air charges for a King Air at the other FBO's on the field, that would be a reason to complain like the last guy. The reason the other FBO's don't charge ramp fees is that the county owns the ramp. Now if you want to be cheap, like the last person who commented, yes there is the transient parking down at the other end of the field in front of the other FBO's. You won't be disappointed with the service here and they are open 24 hours unlike the rest of the FBO's on the field who would charge you extra to be there after hours. Services and amenities of FBO's like this don't come for free so the last guy should not be complaining.

Stopped in just to drop off one pax on a quick turn. Got hit with a $50 ramp fee. NEVER AGAIN! Go to Channel Island Aviation.
