The whole crew at Choice Aviation is top notch, special mention to Candice and Cassandra who helped in every way and was friendly to no end. I look forward to coming back!
From Mark Feldner on 11-Oct-2016

Choice Aviation rates as high as I can rate them. We arrived in August, unannounced without reservations during peak tourist season and fire season. We never would have had a car or hotel without the superior efforts of Cassandra, who was both professional and personable. We will be back again, and again.
From Keith Chapman on 02-Oct-2016

Candace was very helpful and courteous! Line guys were great! Will look forward to next trip!
From Pete Hermes on 11-Aug-2016

Professional and friendly service, customer service reps and line personnel are very responsive to customer needs and function in a very safe, efficient, and timely manner to service requests. Front desk personnel, Cassandra, Candice, and Shelly went above and beyond, especially Cassandra upon arrival to aid in securing hotel and rental car during peak season in which we were unable to make prior arrangements. No doubt that everyone we had contact with at this FBO are valuable assets to their company and the company owners should feel proud to have such a hard working and dedicated staff.
From Doug Chapman on 03-Aug-2016

Always greeted by friendly staff, and well taken care of. I need to particularly mention Candice, who is an awesome sweet girl. Choice Aviation is great, no matter which location I fly into.
From Bill Daly on 03-Aug-2016

Flew in for a visit to Grand Teton & Yellowstone national Parks. Lineman brought our rental car out to our Grumman Tiger promptly. Line service and desk service was top notch. Beautiful FBO facility. Service was just as good when we left to go home 1 week later.
From Ty Warnberg on 04-Dec-2015

I spent a few days at Choice Aviation due to weather along my route. I was ferrying a Radial Thrush. Due to snow and ice I needed hangar and a few other odds and ends. Cassandra and Eric as well as the rest of Choice Aviation team did an excellent job taking care of me while I was there. I will be back again in the future!
From Ron Hollis on 27-Aug-2015

The staff was friendly and we were greeted at the ramp with our rental car.... Yeah :).... Nice FBO...MAJOR ISSUE- we requested fuel to tab and I was sure to clarify that tabs were important since were loaded, it was hot and we were high.... I preflight to see FULL tanks. They checked and said it was to be tabs only (duh!).. And it's a mystery how it happened. The manager said "sorry" and gave me a ten-cent discount.... I was surprised that a mountain airport would be careless.
From Mark Dymond on 17-Jul-2015

Spent a couple of nights last wk. The CSR were helpful w/car rental and brought it right to the plane. Very spacious and comfortable FBO.
From Scott Dickey on 09-Jul-2015

Really great FBO. Friendly laid back staff, very nice facility, and two crew cars.
From Mark A. on 04-Oct-2014

Stopped to spend a day in Yellowstone on the way back to Oregon. Really nice facility and great service. Loaned us a crew car to pick up our rental in the main terminal. Also gave us a free pass to the Museum of the west where we spent all afternoon - well worth the stop.
From Jeffrey Lowe on 01-Sep-2014

Lost RH boost pump in the King Air on the way to COD, which resulted in fuel imbalance and concern that it could be fixed at Choice Aviation. Herman was absolutely fantastic. Landed at 3 p.M., and he had the replacement pump there and installed by 5 p.M. The next day! Gave me his cell phone number, and kept me up to date on everything while I was away. As I thanked Herman, he mentioned that he flew charter for years, and he understood what it was like to be stranded away from home. I couldn't have picked a better airport to land at with a problem. Thanks!
From James Cole on 21-Aug-2014

Very helpful folks. When the local car rental agency didn't realize we were picking the car up at the FBO, the staff at Choice quickly fixed it for us. The Buffalo Bill Center of the West was fantastic and I had one of the best ribeyes ever at the Wyoming Rib and Chop House- make reservations early.
From Chad Hankins on 04-Aug-2014

I was surprised that they removed my tie downs and hung them from my prop. Especially when I had confirmed the parking spot was acceptable and told them I wasn't sure how many days I would stay and wasn't sure when I would return. Weather in Cody can come up unexpectedly, and afternoons can have very strong winds. I would expect an FBO to leave a tied down plane untouched. This was not the case with Choice Aviation in Cody. They admitted to removing the tie downs and didn't have a good explanation as to why.
