This airport is one of my favorites. They bend over backwards to help you out. My first experience was a few years back when I lost carb heat due to a broken linkage. The airport manager went out of his way to help get me get repaired and back airborne on a Sunday! I fly in there now for their great fuel prices and to have quicker access to my companies hunting lease. As far as courtesy cars go, they're retired police cars like every other airport uses and they're just fine. I'll never understand people who complain about a free service that is provided out of courtesy. FLY COLEMAN!!!

They took care of the courtesy car. The AC was cold and the steering worked. The kids thought it was great. The pilot facilities are very nice and the gas prices are definitely low. We'll be back soon.

Very nice airport and terminal building. The courtesy car is the worst I've ever driven. The air conditioning barely worked, the car was filthy and the power steering only worked intermittently. VERY dangerous car. It's very disconcerting when driving and you have to use two hands and pull hard to get the car to turn with traffic all around.

Landed here 6-27-2009 and walked into the pilot's lounge. Thought I had died and gone to aviator's heaven. If all small, rural airports were like this, they would present their communities in a very favorable light. Coleman airport makes a great "first impression" and I'll be back here as often as I can. Ramp, taxiway and runways are pristine, free of FOD. Fuel prices are very fair. Bathrooms were spotless. Radar/weather terminal available in pilot's lounge as well as a soft drink machine. Self Service gas means not having to track down someone. Stop here and you'll be glad you did!
