Just want to clarify my post below. My issue is not with Premier Jet. This is a first class facility that has excellent customer service and excellent line service. My issue is with Palomar Airport not providing a transient ramp and forcing tax paying general aviation small aircraft owners to pay an FBO just to drop off or pick up a passenger. Bottom line is that Palomar Airport does not want to provide general aviation light aircraft services. Again Premier Jet is a terrific full service FBO.

Excellent facility, Craig Foster, GM and staff are on top of it with service, had everything ready to go on our King Air per request. Other FBO's on field could learn something from the crew at Premier.

There is no transient parking at CRQ. Premier Jet wants $30.00 for me to come in and pick some one up in my light single piston airplane. Absolutely ridiculous. Very nice FBO but $30.00 just to land and pick someone up? This airport is not good for General Aviation. Gas is $6.68 per gallon at Premier. Self-Serve is $5.29 on the other side of the field.

I just wish to clarify that we did not charge Mr. Murray. If he chose to return we would charge him as we don't presently sell avgas and it would be the only means of income for storing his aircraft. We make every effort to list on the various aviation directories including this one that we do not sell avgas (the $6.68 price is for Jet). We encourage the use of the self service island and understand the frustration that the airport has closed some of the tiedowns that previously exisisted.

Premier is tops in every regard. We landed in an old C-340, not a new expensive jet, and were met at the airplane by Gail (Customer Service Manager) to welcome us. We were at Premier for about 10 days while doing some training from Flight Crew Systems, located in the Premier building. During the entire 10 days every staff member at Premier was professional, helpful and went out of their way to everyone-- not just us. Oh--they also have great cookies!

What a gorgeous FBO! Very large, many spotless hangers, plenty of ramp space, and 5 star entry and public areas! Came in on an eclipse 500 to do some work related to the airplane. Very helpful and courteous despite all our unique needs (eclipse only likes electric GPU's). In the conference room and around the facility almost all-day and helpful the whole time. Go-rental on site and enterprise very close also but closes early.

Premier Jet - One of the newest FBO's on airport, but they demonstrate years of customer service experience. Customer Service Manager, Gail Kalani, leads a group of agents eager to help in any way necessary to get you and your passengers airborne! The only think lacking is someone to give foot and back rubs, but Gail says that it will be taken under consideration..... ;^) Thanks you guys for the quick turn and services!

Many, many thanks to the outstanding crew at Premier Jet! You will not find bigger smiles at any other FBO. Craig, Gail and Sonya ALWAYS provide the friendliest, fastest, and most professional service of the hundreds of FBOs I have flown to across the country. If you're planning a stop in Southern California, plan on using this facility. It is easy to find on the field and the ground crew is always there to guide you to a front row parking spot. While you're fueling up, you are guaranteed to have warm cookies, hot coffee, or some cool lemon water standing by to hold you over until your next stop. On behalf of my entire West Coast Charters crew, and myself thank you Premier Jet for giving us a fun place to stop during our busy days.

Our company started operations to the area last month, and in our five visits we have requested everything from regular overnight to quick turns from the pros there at Premier. The service is great, from fueling, hotels, ground transportation, and catering but by far and above they have of the greatest attitudes of any CSR team we have worked with across the country. A real pleasure to pass thru or end a long day.

Wow, where would I begin! I have never been anywhere in my Umpteen years of flying Learjet’s that I've been provided such service as I received last month (Dec 06') from Premier Jet @ CRQ. You name it, they took care of it. The CSR manager named Gail Kalani has turned this into a 1st Class operation and 2nd to none. Truly amazing service and I still can't believe it. If only the rest of the FBO industry were half as good as her my job would be so much easier. Thanks again!
