The Freeman "Million Air" FBO's are the best customer service folks on the Planet. This one (CWF) is no exception! Bobby and his crew do an amazing job of making everyone, prop to turbine, feel extra special. Heather had our directions printed out and ready to go in the new BMW when we hit the ground. The line staff was on top of every detail. Exceptional place to go if you want to see GREAT Customer Service in action.. Thanks guys!

WOW is all I can say. Brand new 5 series BMW with GPS as a courtesy car? Are you kidding me? Flew in from College Station for lunch last Friday, tower and ground crew folks were helpful, kind, accommodating and several other adjectives. It was also pretty cool when we got back from lunch and Governor Bobby Jindal was in the lobby for a press conference.

I stopped in to Million Air on the first leg of a cross country flight. It's a beautiful FBO. They can coordinate food by calling ahead, and they will have it ready for you. I forgot to call ahead and to call on Unicom. It took a little longer to get the food this time since the order was lost, but not the fault of the FBO. The facilities are impressive and clean. The flight planning room was excellent and I had no issues otherwise with this stop. It was pretty cool seeing all the military training aircraft on the ramp, as well as a FedEx A300 doing pattern work. I'll definitely plan this stop again.

The absolute best service I have ever had at an FBO. They gave me a crew car overnight even though I insisted I just needed a ride to the hotel. I cannot wait for my next visit.

It is not simply good enough to say that you should stop here on your next midpoint; rather, you should make this FBO your destination! We were treated like royalty in our trusty model F Aztec. This is my second "casino run" and I make a point to visit Million Air just for the fantastic service and incredible "dollar" lunches.

Arrived on 3/13 in a Piper for a visit to the casinos. Crew car was waiting for us at the plane. Everyone at Million Air was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Will definitely return to this location.

Came in on 2/17/11 to visit the Casino. This is the place to use when in Lake Charles. Used the other airport last year but the service at Million Air is exceptional. Know now to radio ahead for a great lunch for next time!!

We HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS FBO! This Million Air has a very nice facility with incredibly friendly and professional staff. We landed at CWF on the night of 11/15/10 due to severe storm conditions further east, including at our destination airport (New Orleans). Due to schedule constraints, my passenger and I both had to be in the Big Easy early the following morning and determined we would need to locate a car rental. The FBO's General Manager greeted us with a smile and inquired how things were. In hearing of our dilemma, he took immediate action and offered us one of the FBO's convenience cars at no cost. In a matter of minutes we had a very nice, fully fueled vehicle ready to bring two tired and weary travelers where we needed to go. We flew in with a single engine plane that night but were made to feel as if we had arrived on Air Force One. These good people understand the value of Customer Service and we will return when flying through Lake Charles.

Very friendly people and very nice FBO. Coffee and sodas complimentary. Sleep room and Movie Theater as well. Traffic can be busy at times with training aircraft. Still a good stop though.

Landed at CWF March 17, 2010 to visit some family. Although I didn't need any fuel, line crew and staff were excellent. Will be back to Million Air next time I have the opportunity.

Flew in on the 11th to play some golf at the course next to the airport. Great course for being city owned. The folks at Million Air were more then happy to give me a ride over and back from the course. I didn't need fuel in my 180 and to my surprise, no ramp fee. I'll be back.

I landed at CWF because it was a much shorter drive for those who were picking me up at the airport than LCH would have been. This was on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2009; I was flying a Comanche 250. Other than the high cost of 100LL (most of my other stops on this trip had fuel priced from $3.50 to $4.25 per gallon; Million Air's price was nearly $5.00), this was a good experience. Service was prompt and friendly; facilities were exceptionally nice. I would certainly recommend CWF and Million Air for anyone visiting the northern or eastern parts of Lake Charles.
