I have also been to Million Air's all over the country and this one is just as good or better then others. Huge ramp and easy in and out. Customer service (girls behind the counter) was great as was the line crew. Tower personnel were friendly and easy to work with.

Not a bad place, but I've been to several Million Air's around the country and this one was a little below par. The crew car was not an option unless we bought at least 5 gallons, which turned out $100 hamburger into $150 burger-stop. We were offered the standard Million Air Jaguars until the linemen told us it had been reserved so we were given the Hyundai (only to return to the Jag's still parked there). Not a pleasant experience, but maybe just an off day for Million Air. On a good note, they pointed us in the direction of a great Louisiana style Cajun restaurant- Steamboat Bill's. What a great facility, fantastic service and an example of what a FBO should be. Love the theater room, and the team is great.

Went through twice-once on Friday night to drop off and it looked like I might not make it by 10 PM close and they offered to stay and wait for me. I arrived right at 10PM and they not only waited for me but also took my passengers into town and topped me off for the trip back. Returned on Monday and they took me into town, dropped me off so I could play a bit and grab a bite and they came back to pick my passengers and me up. GREAT SERVICE!!! Their new facilities ROCK!! Weather computers, large lobby, even a theatre!! Definitely the place to stop in Lake Charles!! I'll be back!!!

Stopped in on 23 April 2006 for fuel. Price was $4.47 a gallon. However, after FET, a Flowage charge, Misc tax, and Sales tax, the price worked out to be $5.11 a gallon. The facilities are good and are very nice. I would definitely stop in again when their fuel prices are more in line with other FBOs in LA. Paid $3.69 a gallon in Baton Rouge two days earlier at the self-serve pump.

Flew in on the afternoon of Feb 12th and was treated very well. Had the nicest loaner car I'd ever seen (2006 Caddy, WOW). Good FBO and nice people. Will come here next time I go to Lake Charles.
