The support from the City and the local leadership is what makes this a great airport and FBO year after year. KCWI hosts the best Fly In where you actually get to fly every July. The Cessna 150152 Club.

Year and year out the good folks at Clinton Airport (Airport manager Marlena and FBO Matt) go above and beyond to support the Cessna 150-152 Fly-In. A number of times prior to, and during the Fly-In, they also supported the transient aircraft that arrived looking for food, fuel and overnight accommodations. Always well worth the stop. Can't say enough about the hospitality provided by P&N and #FLYCWI.

Clinton is one of my local favorite stops on sunny days. I stopped, visited with Tanner and when I went to start my 172 I only heard a whirring sound. Tanner towed the Skyhawk carefully and placed it the hangar. There isn't a mechanic on site but provided me information to contact one that services Clinton. After identifying a starter adapter issue, I was allowed to remove it in their hangar and brought it back after repair. I went to fly it home after the mechanic's instillation was complete but it wouldn't turn over. After many attempts to jump it with no success, back into the hangar it went. After another visit from the mechanic, and another 90 mile trip out to Clinton I flew it home. Tanner and all the locals I met at Clinton were great. It will always be on my sunny day flying list.

We've been away from Clinton for a year but it was like we never left. Once again Tanner and his team provided superior service throughout the Cessna 150-152 Fly-In. They were always there to assist with fuel and other logistics. In addition to helping us out with our event they were servicing a number of corporate aircraft and other travelers. Well Done!
