The folks at Crotts were really great to me. They took care of the Baron and provided great customer service. They know what they are doing and it shows. They certainly deserve a comment from me on AirNav. I don't do that often.

Stopped here Friday 9/3/10 due to engine problems while enroute. Couldn't have picked a better place! Tim in the maintenance shop got right to work and tracked my problem down to the right mag, which he was able to fix with no problem. Borrowed the crew car while he worked to go get something to eat. Nice people and great service. Thanks!

Full-service only. Friendly lineperson. Immediately took care of us...Good place for a quick-turn. Weather computer. Watch for LakesAir commuter airliners operating here, HYS, GBD, LBL, GLD and GCK.

Made a last minute flight to DDC for business, arrived at six pm, OAT was 2 degrees F. Rental car was ready to go for passengers and line service was outstanding help to passengers and the care of our 421. Hector was very professional and went above and beyond to stay after hours to warm the engines, but then frost started to cover the aircraft and he rearranged the hangar, got it in and then helped me wipe it down till frost was gone. Good fuel prices, excellent and knowledgeable service. Thanks Hector.
