Stopped in on Saturday in a Seminole and got treated like I was in a Citation. Marshaled into a parking spot and was fueled in no time at all. Took the free almost brand new Ford Escape crew car into Duluth for a late lunch at Grandma's and upon arriving back, we were set to go with no problems and the plane ready to go. Fuel price was a little high, but the service and fantastic crew car certainly made up for it.

This place was great, probably one of the best FBOs I've visited. When I arrived, the ramp guy laid down carpet for my 172, and me that's a first. Fuel is a little more expensive than other places but I think their service makes up for it. I just used their self serve, which was a little cheaper. Their office staff was friendly and gave me a courtesy car to use along with directions to grab some food. I'll return.

As mentioned, fuel's more expensive than nearby airports. For me, though, the extra cost is well worth it--every time I visit Duluth in my Cessna 150, I get treated the same as a business jet. I also frequently visit Duluth on cross-country training flights with my UND students, and receive the same excellent service.

FABULOUS service: Arrived Friday 7/8 - Departed 7/10. Goes for the Holiday Inn shuttle service as well. Same as other posts; complimentary cookies, soft drinks...And water. Quick fuel service...With ramp ride and luggage service in the hot weather. Very enjoyable weekend in Duluth.

The blue carpet laid down for my small Grumman did not match the red paint! That's my only complaint! The linemen helped me unload gobs of luggage and carry it in. The receptionist got us a quick rental car that was below the going rate online. She gave us excellent directions into town. They had the plane fueled within minutes of my phone order. The freshly baked cookies were perfect. Monaco Air is the (only) place to go at KDLH.

Flew in for the day with a co-worker and was given the great Monaco service for the third time in a row. Each time that I have arrived, the line crew met me at the plane and was very hospitable. The crew car was nice, and everyone was friendly. A great FBO to stop at.

Feels like coming home to a family-run business, where they know you when you walk in. Everyone cares and does an excellent job. Have used their maintenance services on a couple of visits and recommend them highly.

Wonderful service! I came in to grab dinner with a friend. My plane was fueled and in the same place when I got back. Courtesy car was fantastic. Duluth tower and approach control were very nice and flexible. I will definitely be back!

Lets be honest - their fuel price is a little higher than the surrounding area, there done. BUT, I came in a Bonanza and was treated extremely well, had a nice new big SUV for a crew car, called them while running errands extended my time with it for several hours. Ramp people were very friendly and helpful, facilities and kitchen were nice. Sometimes it pays to pay for what you get.

Flew in on a 172 and took a crew car for dinner. This FBO has extremely nice staff and facilities, Crew car was great, and the front desk was eager to help with directions. Line greeted us with a golf cart and was very professional. Friendly tower, beautiful scenery, and a great FBO. Highly recommended.

I visited Duluth in the morning on 12/15/09 when the temps were about -5F. Upon leaving later in the afternoon, my Arrow was more than a little cold. After failing to start, the staff quickly provided a jump and pre-heat that got me going in about 30 min. Many thanks.

Stopped in by vehicle just to check out the FBO. The woman behind the desk was very helpful and gave my family directions on the quickest way to get to I-35. After wandering around a bit and watching the lineguy guide in a Cirrus SR-22, we grabbed some free cookies and coffee and were on our way. Awesome facilities and great people. I plan on flying in as soon as I get a chance.
