Flew in on Sunday 11/13 for lunch at the Aviator Casino. The airport was pretty empty, but the self-serve fuel price was as advertised ($5.50.) Unfortunately the terminal building was locked on a Sunday, but the casino has bathrooms, TVs, and a restaurant. A good quick fuel stop.

I stopped at the airport on June 11, 2011. The fuel price was as advertised. There is a new restaurant just outside the gate. My tri tip sandwich was great and so was the service. The restaurant is called the Aviator Casino and the owner is a pilot. Needless to say it is very pilot friendly.

Stopped for fuel 9/18. Price was higher than listed here, but I understand, that happens. Ground would not "click" so it would stay unreeled even though I fiddled for several minutes. Fuel hose had the same problem - not easy to fuel up while the darn thing keeps trying to reel back in. The only positive thing I have to say about this airport is that the ladder was a good one.

Flew in saturday, fuel prices were up. Terminal was locked at 1000 am local time, mexican restaurant appeared to be out of business. What's up?? Have been in several times before with friendly staff in the terminal, clean rest rooms, and good mex food??? Not a soul around on saturday am at a g.a. airport// yikes!!!

First time at Delano Municipal Airport to fill up with less expensive fuel then my home base. Easy in and out, pumps working with receipt.

Nice little airport with the best price on fuel in the southern part of the valley. Mexican restaurant directly out the door of the terminal. Friendly attendant. I will use DLO for fuel between southern NV anytime I'm headed northern CA.

Stopped for fuel today at Delano and found it easy to operate the self-serve pump and obtain a receipt. The two folks manning the airport office that day were very friendly and made us feel at home.
