Flew in with my 172, ground controllers were very nice. Got the "Turn left on taxi way Elliott should be out there waiting on you" and sure enough there was a linemen guiding me in. Took our entire luggage to the desk and tied it down at no extra charged. Requested a heated hangar but was very expensive. So I opted for a preheat the next morning. Had 6 crew cars and all of them were reserved so we had to rent on (only $50.00). Nice pilot lounge.

First time into Des Moines! Great service at Elliott - we were parked immediately and tied down by a very helpful ramp worker. No charge for 1-night parking, and the lobby was very nice - can't wait to see the new hangars. Given the great level of service, I expect we'll be back soon!

Excellent service. Even though they were handling three incoming turbine aircraft, they treated our little Skyhawk like one of the big boys and had us refueled, oiled and the windshield cleaned before I could even unload our baggage.

Stopped in again mid March. Service hasn't changed one bit. But the how can you improve on excellence. Sent a Fltplan.Com fax the morning of our arrival and they responded before we left home. They had the rental car ready when we arrived and the line service not only unloaded the luggage from the plane but also loaded it in the rental and had the car pulled around front and warmed up when we were ready to go. One of the best places we stop at and always stop there when in DSM.

I had not been to DSM for several years. Stopped in for fuel on 12/12 & 12/13. Did my fuel order right on to the gallon. I appreciate this accuracy. The Elliot lobby is fine however, good WX terminals and Internet. The counter service was efficient, however the young woman at the counter could have been a bit more cordial. Easy to get in and out of DSM with good radar service and instrument approaches.

Top notch FBO! Visited on 7/26/2006 and 8/1/2006. Both times Elliott made hotel and car reservations with very little notice. Super helpful linemen and FBO staff. Lineman even had tail tied down before we even got out of the plane. We will definitely return to Elliott when we're in the Des Moines area.

Great service. I called in a few hours early and they made a reservation for me at the Holiday Inn. $77/night including wireless. When I arrived they greeted me, took my fuel order, and called the shuttle. The Holiday Inn was a good place to stay. No complaints with Elliott.

I stopped in at Elliot at KDSM this week for the first time. We were parked on the ramp by the lineman, and greeted in a very friendly manner. Before we could get from the aircraft to the door of the FBO, the fuel truck already had arrived and they had the hoses connected to the plane. Upon entering the terminal, we were greeted by the beautiful and charming Chantel. We were pretty hungry and looking for food; she immediately offered us a very nice Ford Taurus crew car and gave us directions to Perkins, just down the street. After lunch, we returned to Elliot, and were able to use their computers to obtain our flight plan printout and weather briefing. I also found their restrooms (and entire facility, for that matter) to be very clean and spacious. Before leaving, I paid for the fuel and Chantel also offered us these free little calendar/datebooks. My past two trips to Des Moines, I've used Signature, but now will definitely be visiting Elliot Again--this is a first class operation.

Went to Elliott on my first night x-country as a student and have been back many times since. Customer service 8 out of 10 stars. Crew cars are great -- late-model Ford Taurus', just like the Hertz cars they rent. Always a positive experience and never had anything to complain about.

Always a great stop! Service is top notch and Mary at the front desk, along with the rest of the staff and line will surely impress you! As a charter pilot I see my fair share of FBO's, and this one is near the top of the list. Keep up the good work, see ya soon.

Super service. Two line guys carried all our bags into the terminal, the lady at the desk found us a hotel room (even though there were two conventions in town and all the usual places were full up), and the next day the line guys patiently topped up the air (hard to do with wheel pants, especially lying on the very hot ramp.) Great folks!

Stopped en route from VLL to GXY. Comfortable pilot lounge, friendly and helpful staff. Even got a courtesy car to go to a local restaurant. Thanks!
