Flew our Tripacer in Saturday evening to go downtown for dinner. Great service! Lineman met us as soon as we parked and pulled the crew car out for us (newer car in great shape). Airplane was fueled when we got back. I definitely recommend Heartland Aviation. BTW- we ate at the Haymarket Grill downtown and it was very good. A little "upscale", but absolutely worth the price. Great food and service.

Stopped by Aug 12 in a Piper Arrow. Very friendly people, great facilities and the fact that were topped off in almost no time means stopping by here more often.

On a coast-to-coast flight, including a week at EAA Oshkosh stopped at EAU on 7/23/09. A special fuel discount of 25 cents per gallon and complementary hangar space was provided to pilots going to OSH! What great support and excellent service! Thanks!!

Great crew - very accommodating. I was stuck here for a little over a day on the way back from OSH waiting for weather to lift and they were great! Very nice facility. Thanks guys.

Arrived the afternoon of June 9th. I was met at the airport and provided fuel. Eric got me the crew car and made sure my airplane was topped off. Very pleasant young man. On the 11th when I left, they took care of the paperwork quickly and accurately. Everyone treated me very well. This is a jewel.

I want to being by stating this FBO is among the best in the country! First rate service. I called about 10 min before closing and spoke with the line person (Matt) and asked him if he could leave the crew car for me to take and pick up my daughter. He not only left the crew car for me but he came back to the airport and waited for me (it was about 1AM) to permit me return access to my aircraft. FBO's like these show a very high commitment to customer service and caring for people. I VERY HIGHLY recommend this FBO and their general aviation services. I will be visiting again this week.

Nice facility and friendly staff, although I had to figure out where to park on my own since no one came out to marshal us. Wireless internet, shower, courtesy car, weather -- all the amenities most of us look for. Decent restaurant is in the terminal right across the parking lot.

Excellent service! Stopped twice this past week and received top-notch service. Fuel was a little slow the second time, but they were very busy. Great place and great prices!

Stayed with Heartland for almost a week and had great service with them. Hangar was very reasonable and had light maintenance done which was prompt and professional. Nice heated hangars. Nearby restaurant in the terminal has good food/prices as well for a quick lunch and great view of the ramp.

I flew in during the Thanksgiving Holiday. No one was available to park us or tie us down. The people in the office were very helpful. The FBO gave us an Excellent Crew car! When I got back to the airport the airplane was fueled as I had asked. I would visit again and will recommend to a friend.

The folks at Heartland couldn't have done anything else to make my experience any better. Left the plane at the front door picked up the keys to a crew car and drove off. When I came back the plane was tied down and topped off. Returned the keys, paid the bill and was off again with no hassles. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely make it a point to stop there again the next time I am anywhere near EAU.

First rate service with a friendly, personal atmosphere. Inexpensive fuel, great crew car, a rare pleasure.
