Nice facility and friendly staff, although I had to figure out where to park on my own since no one came out to marshal us. Wireless internet, shower, courtesy car, weather -- all the amenities most of us look for. Decent restaurant is in the terminal right across the parking lot.

Excellent service! Stopped twice this past week and received top-notch service. Fuel was a little slow the second time, but they were very busy. Great place and great prices!

Stayed with Heartland for almost a week and had great service with them. Hangar was very reasonable and had light maintenance done which was prompt and professional. Nice heated hangars. Nearby restaurant in the terminal has good food/prices as well for a quick lunch and great view of the ramp.

I flew in during the Thanksgiving Holiday. No one was available to park us or tie us down. The people in the office were very helpful. The FBO gave us an Excellent Crew car! When I got back to the airport the airplane was fueled as I had asked. I would visit again and will recommend to a friend.

The folks at Heartland couldn't have done anything else to make my experience any better. Left the plane at the front door picked up the keys to a crew car and drove off. When I came back the plane was tied down and topped off. Returned the keys, paid the bill and was off again with no hassles. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely make it a point to stop there again the next time I am anywhere near EAU.

First rate service with a friendly, personal atmosphere. Inexpensive fuel, great crew car, a rare pleasure.

Dear Diary, Eau Claire..... Easy airport to fly into. Land & Taxi..............Heartland Aviation. Fuel request.........Done. Rental car request........ Done. Driving directions request..........Done. Drive to meeting...................Done, with explicit directions in hand, I had a great drive through the autumn colors to my meeting. Return to airport, return rental car, purchase maps and supplies, file flight plan, pay for fuel and say good-bye. All done in about an hour. Thank you Stacy, Tammy and Randy. You made my beautiful day flying even better.

I stopped in here on my way to and from Oshkosh this year. Great place to stop in. The staff at Heartland was very friendly and helpful. I defiantly would stop here again if ever I pass this way.

Nice Airport! Great food at the restaurant. Awesome steaks. Airport in great shape. Came back to aircraft and Heartland had chocked for us. Will be back.

Great place to stop. Came in on November 23rd in a Piper Meridian and stayed for three nights. They got us in a heated hangar for $40 per night. No landing or ramp fees!
