Spent a very pleasant day at Heartland Aviation. Their newly upgraded facility is really nice - very spacious, great windows, good attention to pilot needs. On arrival I was marshaled in by a lineman, and by the time I had the airplane secured he already had a courtesy car pulled up next to the airplane. Very friendly and helpful CSR inside too. Nice restaurant across the parking lot in the terminal. Heartland is on my list of preferred FBOs.

Five friends of mine and I flew into KEAU on our way back from AirVenture 2011 in Oshkosh, bound for Vancouver. We were absolutely delighted by the service at Heartland. In particular, Shelly was amazing in her customer service towards us, and particularly, in ensuring our every comfort was tended to, including hotel accommodations and even making sure not a drop of rain hit us on the way to the van that picked us up. Eau Claire is a very very friendly town and left me smiling so much it hurt! Heartland was just as guilty! Best FBO I have ever been to, hands down!!!

Trapped in Eau Claire for the night by a line of storms. They loaned us the crew car for the night, gave good recommendation for dinner (Stella Blues) and basically set us up. Friendly people, excellent service.

Service was absolutely spectacular when we flew in for a weekend visit at the Leinie Lodge and a local water-park.

Had to stop at Heartland because of weather. Had lunch at the dinner on the airport grounds. Good food. I was not going to get through to Fond du Lac so had to leave the plane and rent a car. Michael was done with his shift so he gave us a ride to Enterprise. Great FBO. Was treated like a king. Thanks Mike.

Flew our Tripacer in Saturday evening to go downtown for dinner. Great service! Lineman met us as soon as we parked and pulled the crew car out for us (newer car in great shape). Airplane was fueled when we got back. I definitely recommend Heartland Aviation. BTW- we ate at the Haymarket Grill downtown and it was very good. A little "upscale", but absolutely worth the price. Great food and service.

Stopped by Aug 12 in a Piper Arrow. Very friendly people, great facilities and the fact that were topped off in almost no time means stopping by here more often.

On a coast-to-coast flight, including a week at EAA Oshkosh stopped at EAU on 7/23/09. A special fuel discount of 25 cents per gallon and complementary hangar space was provided to pilots going to OSH! What great support and excellent service! Thanks!!

Arrived the afternoon of June 9th. I was met at the airport and provided fuel. Eric got me the crew car and made sure my airplane was topped off. Very pleasant young man. On the 11th when I left, they took care of the paperwork quickly and accurately. Everyone treated me very well. This is a jewel.

I want to being by stating this FBO is among the best in the country! First rate service. I called about 10 min before closing and spoke with the line person (Matt) and asked him if he could leave the crew car for me to take and pick up my daughter. He not only left the crew car for me but he came back to the airport and waited for me (it was about 1AM) to permit me return access to my aircraft. FBO's like these show a very high commitment to customer service and caring for people. I VERY HIGHLY recommend this FBO and their general aviation services. I will be visiting again this week.
