Great cookies, great service, and a nice facility. They treated us great even though we were the smallest thing on the ramp.

Middle of the busy ski season and pulled up in our light twin next to the Miami Dolphins' Gulfstream. Nevertheless, we received instant service; help with our baggage, fueling, and our rental car. The cost for tie-down for the week was reasonable and the FBO has sandwiches available, free cookies, and all the amenities. They even gave us a little stuffed eagle for our 4 year old. It's nice to be treated so well by a facility that knows you have no choice as to where to go.

Very nice FBO, and although they're the only one, they do a great job. We needed O2 late in the day, and they jumped through hoops to notify Mx before they left for the day, and took care of us. Always fresh cookies too.

Even during the busiest week of the year - Christmas & New Year - the folks at the VVJC treated me great even though I was only in a Bonanza and not a G-V. Very friendly & helpful as always.

Vail Valley Jet Center was quite impressive. Great FBO. Excellent service from the line guys. Front desk staff was great as well with very convenient rental car set up. The entire place was really nice. Truly a superior FBO with reasonable fuel prices (by today's standards) as well.

Came here in my Baron. For a "destination" airport, it's not a bad deal. Self-serve fuel is somewhat reasonable, and the overnight fees are to be expected at a place like this. World-class FBO and facilities, no doubt. Mine was the smallest plane on the ramp. Overall, I was pleased.

Very professional FBO, great cookies, great service. Need to buy minimum fuel (250 gal for Lear 60) or they'll hit you with a big service fee. They kept the Lear warm in the hangar and gave us free VVJet baseball caps. I give them an 8 out of 10.

I am one of the little guys Cherokee owner/pilot. When I came into Vail I was treated like I just got off of one of the Gulfstreams parked outside. Maybe they did not know I was was not rich but I was certainly treated like I was. Mary Ann, and Anney are the bomb they took really good care of me. I was very impressed with the Jet Center. Thanx.

Be careful. $231.75 facility fee for Citation I or purchase 150 gallons jet A for $816.70 = 5.44 gallon with prist. Either way feels like your being taken. This charge applies when you arrive on the ramp even just to drop or pickup passengers. FBO is nice but has not changed for several years. Hard to get IFR arrival slots required in winter, going VFR is an option but only on clear days. Local radar to increase frequency and safety of instrument approaches now slated for summer of 2006 instead of this year.
