From Craig Dow on 10-Feb-2009: Make sure you get a written estimate of charges before leaving your aircraft with El Paso Aero, especially if you find yourself AOG in El Paso! In December 2008, I was charged over $2300 for 500 hr mag inspections on both mags after experiencing mag problems in a Mooney. Staff is courteous and professional, but you could pay dearly for the experience of dealing with them!
From John Dyer on 04-Feb-2007: I had alternator issues in my Aerostar and stopped at El Paso Aero, late on a Friday afternoon. They were prompt and efficient in working the problem. Parts were ordered and I was on my way early the next day. I was impressed with their service and highly recommend them.
