Be aware that the fuel price that Million Air advertises on the FBO banner page is NOT what you will pay when you taxi up to Million Air. Million Air's full serve price is a dollar more. The self-serve fuel pump is south of the field, west of Million Air, past Atlantic Aviation, approximately where taxiways Golf and Uniform meet. I am unsure if Million Air owns or manages this self-serve pump or why they advertise it as their own price. When you land and request taxi, make sure you state to ground control, "Taxi to self-serve fuel pump". The fact that Million Air DOES advertise the price as their own, would suggest to me that they will give you every other amenity (I.E. Overnight tie down; courtesy cars) even though you bought your fuel at self-serve.

Unplanned fuel stop in our TBM850. I go to Million Air as a first choice anywhere they are on the field and this stop reinforced that trust. Top notch service, line crew, facility and staff. They put out the carpet and flattered my non-aviator pax, had me fueling before I could step out of the cabin. The front desk offered the car and some lunch suggestions even though we weren't planning to hang around for lunch. All in all, Million Air is my number 1 choice if they are where I'm going. And they have CAA fuel. Icing on the cake. Well done Million Air!

Stopped in for a quick turn. The facility and personnel were so nice I wanted to spend the night! This may be the cleanest, nicest FBO in the US, and I have been too many. I will actually go out of my way to stop here in the future.

Pitstop on a x-c from AZ to LA, the guys took outstanding care of me and the huge overhang was a lifesaver from the Sun! Impeccable facility, top-notch service, friendly folks, convenient in & out. Thanks a bunch!!

We had a flight of two brand new Piper Archers being delivered to a flight school in Arizona. Million Air treated us very well and we had a great experience.

A friendly and personal experience both in the FlexJet Challenger 350 and then when in my personal Cessna 180. JJ and his whole crew were very accommodating. No tiedowns available at this time but when the winds picked up, I was tucked into the hangar. We were in and out a few times over the Christmas holiday. Very enjoyable.

We departed today in our Phenom 100 after an unexpected overnight stay due to weather. The beautiful new FBO and staff were delightful. Diana at the front desk assisted us with a great hotel in town and dinning suggestions. She was professional and friendly. A great FBO to use with CAA pricing for us pilot owners.

Finally a competitor again in ELP. The line staff I've had to put up with at the other FBO has frustrated me for years. Million Air facility is as nice as any large class B airport FBO. I look forward to enjoying my ELP stops again.
