Great Place to stop, Had low oil pressure, stopped to check out the problem, they let me use the FBO car to get more oil and figure out the problem. Very helpful and friendly. Worth a stop.

Very helpful and friendly. They put my plane in an unused hangar for the weekend. Great place to stop and the fuel prices were hard to beat.

Made an unplanned stop here on Labor Day. Nice quick stop, easy self-serve fuel, good price, bathrooms open 24hrs and a courtesy car was available so we ran into town for lunch.

Stopped here going to & from OSH July 2010. Got stuck overnight for weather on the way up. Eric hangared the Pietenpol for me and offered the courtesy car. Can't beat that. Highly recommended.

Cameron has become what I think is the best no-hassle Self-Serve fuel stop choice in the KC area. Under newer management, they now usually have one of the lowest prices in the region. Works great for a quick turnaround where you pump your own gas. The 4000ft runway is bigger and in better shape than that of other competitively priced small airports in the area, with IFR approaches easy to work into just outside the KC Class Bravo. While the hours of attendance may be less than some bigger airports, they still have a pilot's room with phone and restroom open 24hrs, which is what I need. As long as they've got that, I'd rather have self-serve fuel any day. It is a nice, friendly little town to visit. They do have a courtesy car that you can often make arrangements for - or get a ride into town. Highly recommended.
