Easy in and out and fine self fueling. Computer weather and comfortable place to wait and work while waiting for business associates to arrive by car.

Fellow aviators... These folks at Modern Avionics are simply fabulous to deal with and did I mention they have probably the cheapest Avgas in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area!! When flying into the Cities I highly recommend you give them a shot. Avionics is their specialty, thus their name but they also provide full A/P services as well. With over three years experience having my plane serviced at Modern I feel fortunate I got lucky the first time. Safe flying!
