I flew out 2 nights ago and called (number disconnected) and emailed (later found email isn't monitored) that I would be coming. On landing, an employee come out and sat watching me for 5 min (not answering their frequency). I expected him to marshal at some point but alas it never happened, so I gave up & parked. He said he would have to move my plane (had he marshaled me I would have parked wherever they wanted me). We went in and I gave all my info (again) because they got a new computer system. I grabbed a business card off the desk asking if it was a good number (explaining my attempts earlier in the day). This morning, I called the FBO... SURPRISE!! It isn't a good number and instead is for a business at Scottsdale airport. I spend 20 min trying different numbers and finally get a female employee and let her know I'm 20 min away and to have plane out and top mains. On arrival I was told "we don't know where it is" so I was left to go walking and try to find it. Rates doubled

Cunningham is awesome. We based our Piper Meridian with them for six days and flew every one of those days. We got amazing fuel prices, space in a spotless hangar, free GPU usage, and friendly, prompt, helpful service from everyone. Cheech in the south hangar was especially helpful. Five stars for Cunningham -- they really do it right!

Just stopped into Cunningham this week and wanted to leave a positive review. They did a fantastic job taking care of us and ensuring that our rental car was ready when we arrived. They are tucked in behind the tower so not easy to see from the taxiways. However, they heard us on ground and sent a golf cart with a follow-me sign to guide us back to their ramp. Their fuel prices were great for the area and there were no surprise fees, charges, etc. I would highly recommend them! One note when leaving their ramp, the tower likes you to taxi to "Spot 2" and then call ground. Ask the Cunningham folks and they will point this out to you and even escort you out to the spot. Great operation, great people and reasonable prices. Can't ask for much more!

I stopped in without notice and the service was top notch. Jessica handled my World Fuel contract fueling with ease. The line service was instant and no wait. They also went out of their way to service me with TKS deice fluid for my aircraft. The facilities are new and very nice. They have a good selection of free drinks and snacks, which are a very nice touch.

I have been using Cunningham Aviation exclusively for almost the last year since we have been traveling to our new and from our new home in Mesa. My missions typically put me at a variety of airports in the Class "C" or "D" and have had the opportunity to experience many nationally recognized FBO chains. I can tell you Cunningham's level of service rivals any one of them if not better. I have come to know several of the line guys by first name such as Cameron & Caleb, both are outstanding examples of what great customer service should be for any FBO. They are always waiting for me on arrival and offer to transfer my luggage to my vehicle which they always have ready on the ramp and the A/C on during the hotter weather in the summer. Another one to mention is Steve, he's also been very helpful and service with a smile. If you're considering an FBO for either long term or just a few overnights while you are visiting the area, Cunningham Aviation for the win!! Fantastic FBO!!

I am based out of KFFZ and have purchased fuel from every company. Cunningham Aviation provides by far the best service. I have never waited for a truck more than 5 minutes. Great staff!

I recently had the pleasure of using the FBO services at Cunningham Aviation, and it was a fantastic experience. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the arrival, stay and departure process seamless. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and they have a beautiful aviation themed lounge area to relax while you wait. The line crew was attentive and handled my company's aircraft with utmost care. They conveniently provide pick-up & drop-off rental services through Enterprise & provide hotel rates for nearby hotels. Cunningham Aviation provided top-notch service, making my visit to Falcon Field a delightful one. 10/10 Highly recommended!

Super friendly people. Showed up promptly at my aircraft with a shiny new fuel rig, towel in hand and a wing protector. Chris the fueler let me fuel myself- an F-1 Rocket so I'm kinda picky. Cheapest fuel price on the field and an overall great experience. My new Go-To folks at Falcon Field!

What a breath of fresh air! Prompt fuel delivery by an outstanding agent. It was like being transported back to a time when you pulled up to a gas pump and an excited, courteous, sharply uniformed attendant would say "What'll it be Sir". Customer service is not dead at Falcon Field after all. Cunningham Aviation is a welcome new addition to Falcon Field.
