Got everything I needed but personnel needed a little pushing. We were given the courtesy car for the night since we landed after Enterprise closed. We really appreciated that. Cash only at the restaurant.

Landed on September 12th and 16th, 2007. Restaurant is very good. I've used Enterprise car rental at FIT previously and they are very accommodating. Airport picks up and drops off.

Great food at the restaurant. Arrived Tuesday mid day. No tie down ropes, no assist with luggage, no person in ops, sign at ops desk requested sign in but no sign in sheet available. Maybe they were having a bad day.

I arrived at 0920 22-May-2007, and had a wonderful breakfast sandwich at the restaurant in the terminal building while waiting 30 minutes for Enterprise Rent-A-Car to pick me up. The restaurant is open 7am-2pm and serves breakfast and lunch. Enterprise let me drop the car off at the airport at the end of the day, which was very nice considering it was 55 minutes that morning from the time I called them to the time I was on my way from their downtown office. In the future, they advised calling a day ahead so the car would be waiting at the airport. I had left voicemail the evening before, but perhaps if I spoke to a person during business hours it would work. I'll try it again, if for nothing else than the friendly reception at KFIT. Avgas was about $1.50/GAL cheaper than at Hanscom.
