I flew into KFLO on Sunday, June 6, 2021. My mission was to pick up my brother whom had been a serious auto accident and needed to be transported back to NC. I was marshaled into the FBO parking by Paul, a very nice and helpful individual. He assisted my brother's friend in driving to the plane. He allowed for a very fast turn to take place as weather was approaching fast. My compliments not only to the Precision Air team but also to all the controllers servicing the Florence area. Thanks guys.

The day after I entered the previous comment, Precision Air contacted me to report that the extra fees and taxes were entered in error. On November 3rd, the extra charge was refunded to my credit card account making the actual fuel price $4.35/gallon as advertised.

Service was great - Emily & Bobby were especially helpful. When taxes and fees are included for "Full Service" fuel, the total price was $4.70/gallon versus the published $4.35/gallon.
