Great Service, National forgot to drop rental car off and they took us to the terminal quickly. Also, I had a small oil leak that they arranged for a mechanic to come out on Sunday to remedy, Highly recommend.

Excellent FBO! 24 hr service. Rental car was waiting with AC on. Friendly & helpful. Have used them several times since 2008 and always a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Joe Meszaros is the general manager and has assembled some of the best line guys I have ever worked with. They make me feel like I am arriving in a BBJ and about to buy 10000 gallons of Jet A. Very nice facility and everyone could not be more helpful!

Good experience at Flint and AvFlight. Controllers were easy to work with and mixed me in well with some commercial jet traffic. I was met and parked promptly at AvFlint. The FBO very efficiently worked with Hertz to get my car over to the ramp. Single piston tiedown was reduced to $5/day from $10/day with fuel purchase. Upon departure, the flight planning computer could not connect to the internet, but the front desk staff allowed me to use the line office computer to file my flight plan and check wx.

Memorial Day weekend trip to see family. Called in advance and was given all particulars by Jamie. Arrived and rental car waiting. Upon return the next day same friendly line service and plane ready to go. Longest amount of time was planning for Presidential TFR in Chicago. Will look forward to returning. Only issue was that the self serve was completely on the other side of the airport. Went ahead with full serve, but, would like to have taken advantage of the cheaper SS prices. If you are coming in for SS you will need to ask for taxi to pumps and not to FBO.

I came to Flint for a funeral. No line personnel were available to park me, the person on duty at the desk seemed to be playing double duty and this was not his normal location to work at. That said, Avis failed to deliver my rental car to the FBO, but a line person quickly helped me remedy that issue with a phone call. When I arrived to leave, I had to restate my fuel order, but it was fullfilled before I had a chance to finish filing my flight plan. No time lost. I paid $5/night to park my single piston and the ramp fee was waived with my top-off. I feel this is very reasonable for a Class C airport FBO. Staff were all pleasant and nice to work with but I hope the details are a bit more polished on my next visit. They'd then rank, in my opinion, as a top tier FBO.

What a class act!! This is my second visit and it was great. Our 182 was refueled minutes after our arrival. Meanwhile, they got us a great hotel room, drove us to the hotel for free and all with smiles and positive energy. Great FBO!!!
