I came to Flint for a funeral. No line personnel were available to park me, the person on duty at the desk seemed to be playing double duty and this was not his normal location to work at. That said, Avis failed to deliver my rental car to the FBO, but a line person quickly helped me remedy that issue with a phone call. When I arrived to leave, I had to restate my fuel order, but it was fullfilled before I had a chance to finish filing my flight plan. No time lost. I paid $5/night to park my single piston and the ramp fee was waived with my top-off. I feel this is very reasonable for a Class C airport FBO. Staff were all pleasant and nice to work with but I hope the details are a bit more polished on my next visit. They'd then rank, in my opinion, as a top tier FBO.

What a class act!! This is my second visit and it was great. Our 182 was refueled minutes after our arrival. Meanwhile, they got us a great hotel room, drove us to the hotel for free and all with smiles and positive energy. Great FBO!!!

I think I just saw a full-service FBO at work in AvFlight, Flint. We flew in for a one-night stay in late July. We got a very nice room at the Wingate and a rental car with Enterprise, both set up by AvFlight (Kasie) at their negotiated rates. A month later, I noticed Enterprise had charged me for 2 days, not one. I called them and couldn't get through. So I called AvFlight (Kasie again). She called Enterprise for me and got them to issue the appropriate credit. I highly recommend AvFlight in Flint. Let them take care of things for you. They will save you time and money. Good stuff! Arrived in Flint after bad weather stopped us short of our destination (PTK). Avflight actually drove us the last 50 miles for free! Two days later we got a call from Joe the general manager that our front strut was leaking all over the ramp. He arranged to get the local mechanic to fix it for us, it was fixed within 24 hours! Some of the nicest people you could ever deal with. We'll definitely be back!

I used AvFlight going and coming from AirVenture and was very happy with the service. I stayed overnight at the local Holiday Inn, which provided transportation to and from the FBO. They gave an AirVenture fuel discount and everyone was courteous and provided excellent service.
