Exceptional FBO - best service I have ever experienced at any airport. Walt and staff are former military professionals and it shows - a world-class operation. Great cafe too. This FBO sets the quality standard with friendly, flawless service. I will return, often.

Stopped at Forbes Field Mid day. Due to weather on my next leg I was unable to continue. I stayed at Million Air for 4 hours hoping the weather would get better before giving up for the day. The staff at Million Air was wonderful. Offering a crew car, advice on the super 8 at very reasonable rates and hangering my plane for a very reasonable $75 fee. Four-inch hail to the North and Tornadoes through Nebraska and South Dakota can leave a pilot weary. Million Air made me very comfortable while I waited to continue my trip into Canada. Thanks Million Air.

The staff was very helpful. The rental car that we had reserved was waiting on the ramp when we arrived (three hours late due to weather delays.) HOWEVER when we returned to the airport two days later, we found one of the fuel caps had been left off after they had refueled the airplane. It had snowed a couple of inches since they had refueled. So the result was water in the tank. I had to sample the tank several times to get the water out. But the did give us a free engine preheat (it was about 22 degrees F.) I realize people make mistakes, and in the end no harm no foul.

I flew in to Forbes for the 2008 SCCA Solo II National Championships. The new ramp had been paved but too recently to park planes on it, so the Million Air line staff directed me to a prime parking spot very close to their walkway and brought out their luggage cart to get my stuff out to my car. A few days later when I was ready to leave, my friend couldn't give me a ride from Heartland Park to the airport so I called Million Air and a manager was kind enough to come pick me up and bring me to the airport in his own car. Great service all around!

Landed at night in Topeka due to severe weather. Daniel the lineman for Million Air provided service during a rainstorm beyond my wildest expectations, fuel, tie down, crew car, directions etc all in the rain! He makes the company look good! Thank you Daniel and Million Air for great service when I really needed it. Dr. Joe

Amber and Ian were a joy to deal with very friendly and very helpful. They provided transportation assistance and directed us to a local BBQ establishment. We will stop again. Thanks, Million Air!

Wow, what a truly GREAT experience! First off, EASY in and out for my transcon fuel stop in a PC-12. No delays here folks. Secondly, the staff and facility are World Class! Linemen had aircraft chocked, coned, and a GPU hooked up before I could open the door. Once I got out, fuel truck was in front at the ready. Every employee had a smile on their face, and they seemed truly greatful for my business. This is something I'm just not used to these days....Felt like I had just pulled up in a BBJ! Had a smile all the way to KSLC after my visit! Walt and the gang run a truly first-class operation here at Million Air-KFOE, a model for all other FBO's. First time in, DEFINITELY won't be my last.....Many thanks you guys! P.S. The BBQ at the Jet-Away-Cafe is great and right in the FBO, no need for a crew car!
