Stopped about 8:00am for fuel. Expensive fuel, good line service, but the desk service was very slow and unfriendly-borderline rude. Picked another stop on my way back.

This is my forth trip into Forbes and I've never really felt welcome. It starts with the tower folks, who clearly wish you'd go somewhere else, and carries over to Million Air. The line guy was the only friendly face, and he did a great job taking care of the line duties and the counter duties both, since whatever the counter girl was doing on the computer was clearly more important than her customers. Nearing the end of a three day trip, where FBO customer service everywhere else was exceptional, it was a shame to be treated with total apathy. I need to find a new airport in Topeka.

Five star service! Flew on 08/04/10 with a friend. They were nice enough to let us keep the courtesy car longer than normal and the food was great! When I accidentally left some important documents there the staff found them and held onto them until I could get back the next day. Wouldn't hesitate to fly back.

In today with our Turbo Commander N900NE and had 'best of' everything. Thanks folks. Well done.

Exceptional FBO - best service I have ever experienced at any airport. Walt and staff are former military professionals and it shows - a world-class operation. Great cafe too. This FBO sets the quality standard with friendly, flawless service. I will return, often.

Stopped at Forbes Field Mid day. Due to weather on my next leg I was unable to continue. I stayed at Million Air for 4 hours hoping the weather would get better before giving up for the day. The staff at Million Air was wonderful. Offering a crew car, advice on the super 8 at very reasonable rates and hangering my plane for a very reasonable $75 fee. Four-inch hail to the North and Tornadoes through Nebraska and South Dakota can leave a pilot weary. Million Air made me very comfortable while I waited to continue my trip into Canada. Thanks Million Air.

Excellent fuel stop. Highly recommend. Midwestern-friendly personnel. Quick service. BBQ restaurant on field in FBO/Terminal. Nice facility. Great approaches/airport.

The staff was very helpful. The rental car that we had reserved was waiting on the ramp when we arrived (three hours late due to weather delays.) HOWEVER when we returned to the airport two days later, we found one of the fuel caps had been left off after they had refueled the airplane. It had snowed a couple of inches since they had refueled. So the result was water in the tank. I had to sample the tank several times to get the water out. But the did give us a free engine preheat (it was about 22 degrees F.) I realize people make mistakes, and in the end no harm no foul.
