Flew in for a few hours to go see some family. Very hospitable crew despite not needing fuel and a nice facility on top of that. Rental cars are set up through a local dealer and were on time. Overall a good airport for the area.

This truly is one of the best around. And I've seen a few in 50 years of flying. Perfect RON for us and our C-180 between Cody WI and CLE. Two nice runways with good approaches. One with an ILS. You can talk to Center on the ramp. Reasonable fuel and many nice hotels close to choose from. But the personal treatment you will receive here tops the list. Thanks Al for making us feel like family. Driving off to that lake front Minnesota watering hole in your pick up that you were nice enough to loan us made our evening and will be long remembered. As we say in New England. You guys truly are " The Finest Kind"

Overnight on 8/13 excellent service. Hangar fairly priced and Al went out of his way with car and info.

A line of thunderstorms made me discover this airport. I had to land to wait the thunderstorms, but Jay went above and beyond what is expected of a line guy. Put the airplane in the hangar, just in case, filled up a whopping 8 gallons of Avgas with an attitude as if I was flying a jet. Two thumbs up.

We stopped at Fairmont (FRM) on our way to TX, and were treated royally. We had to divert due to weather, and they fueled us up, though it was self-service, pulled us into a hangar to avoid the potential hail, provided us with a car and a recommendation of a local restaurant to wait out the storm. Quentin and Al were thoughtful, caring, concerned and honest. Highly recommend a stop at Fairmont! And Quentin is a newly wedded man, so congratulate him!

A pretty FBO building and easy-to-get-to self-serve pump made this a good stop. The very friendly folks I met here made it even better. We'll be back, hopefully for one of the summertime pancake breakfasts.

Very nice FBO, real friendly staff - staff fueled my plane at self-serve pump and offered me crew car to get lunch. I highly recommend Fairmont to everyone, real nice stop.

Fairmont has a nice lounge and friendly service. They will fuel you during business hours. After hours pump is self-serve. There is maintenance on the field.
