I didn't have as good an experience at Million Air as it seems like most others had: stingy with their crew car policy and the staff was not very GA friendly. . But they do have a very nice facility in the terminal building. $25 charge for tie down even though I bought 20 gal of fuel.

Flew to FYV in early August. The Million Air lineman was out on the ramp, guided me in, and had an ice cold bottle of water for me. He put down a mat at the door of my airplane (C182) as if it were a business jet, and had a crew car running with A/C running full blast on a very hot day. Mary Kathryn Floyd (GM) and her crew at Million Air FYV is one of the very best FBO's anywhere, and they continue to provide a consistent level of high quality service. And on Razorback game days (GO HOGS!!!) they provide a shuttle service dropping off at the entry gates to the stadium. Just couldn't be better!

We stopped in here during instrument training and topped off the tanks. Million Air provided a nice BMW courtesy car so that we could go get some lunch. The staff was very professional and courteous, and the facilities are great.

I fly quite frequently and I as most have the "usual" FBO stories regarding poor customer service. However, while staying overnight and severe weather was approaching, I received a call from Mary Catherine asking for my permission to put my plane in a hangar. My answer was "please and Thank You!" Great FBO and even better customer service!! I challenge anyone to find a better crew car than what they provide also.

I'm with Gary. No tie-downs, and $50 to hangar a Bonanza in 50kt winds, with no discount for fuel purchase is a lot. Despite good facilities, I will not come back.

A very nice and well equipped facility. I enjoyed the free soda and used the movie theater while waiting for weather. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tower is also very welcoming.

Our hats are off to the line guys at Million Air. David and Thad had the crew car warmed up and pulled to the wing on a bitterly cold day. We're going to spread the word about this great place to stop.

I've used and loved Million Air FYV before (see comment from 9/09 below), but checked today before flying in and was told $350 ramp fee (waived by 300 gal fuel purchase) for a Phenom!! MaryKathryn (manager at Million Air FYV) called me after I had flown the trip to explain I was given incorrect pricing and to apologize for the misunderstanding (thank you for that). The correct pricing is apparently $125, waived with 125 gal fuel purchase (or top off if unable 125 gal). Response from Mary Kathryn Floyd, General Manager, Million Air Fayetteville I received an e-mail from Mr. McIrvin on 10/22 saying that he was quoted a $350 facility fee for an Embraer Phenom...immediately upon receiving his e-mail, I called Mr. McIrvin personally to tell him that he had been misquoted and that the facility fee for a Phenom is significantly less than what he was quoted and that it could be waived with a nominal fuel purchase. I apologized to Mr. McIrvin for the facility fee miscommunication. As Mr. McIrvin stated, he has flown into FYV before and "loved" his experience; our commitment to exceptional customer service was never in question and we will continue to provide excellent customer service to all aircraft, and customers, who fly into FYV.

I flew into FYV with a Grace Flight passenger on Aug 31, 2010 and was astounded by the wonderful service provided by the folks at Million Air. All of the folks at the FBO were attentive and kind to our ailing young passenger. Words can't begin to describe how impressed I was with the thoughtfulness of the personnel of Million Air. Thank you.

In today, first time, with our Turbo Commander N900NE. Beautiful facility. Nicest Million Air we have been to. Great service and amenities for passengers and crew. Thanks folks. Well done.

Left my plane for Maintenance at AMP and rented a Car to drive to ICT for my Flight Safety Session. Great service as they delivered the car to AMP and picked me up there on my return. Wherever possible, we use Million Air through out the country. They are always above the average.

Arrived on the 10th to visit family. As before linemen directed us to our parking, brought the rental car around and helped unload the vehicle. Good service here is the norm.

Million Air, everything you expected. Amazing facilities, lineman marshaled us in and helped us all the way to the desk. BMW courtesy car for dinner. There was a $20 ramp fee for a twin, but it was expected, or waved for a 20 gallon fuel purchase. It was a great experience and I will return.

We made an unscheduled stop for weather on 14 July 2009. The Razorback radar controller was very nice/helpful as was the twr operator at Drake. They were just a warm-up for Million Air. I can't think of 1 thing to complain about. Fuel prices are a little higher than most but something must pay for the facility, courtesy car (2009 535i BMW), and the great service. They can't have this level of service without charging something more for something. They have earned our business from here on.

I could not help but be impressed when the tower offered flight flowing for my home destination. These guys take an interest in the pilots and know their needs before we do.

I can't say enough good things about the crew at Million Air. I have been flying in regular for 5 years. I have had great experience including rolling out the red Carpet treatment when I flew in with a date. She was impressed. Thanks Guys!
