First class in every way. As we taxed in line personnel brought both rental cars right up to the plane, helped us unload / load the next day and all that for a little Bonanza. Wow. Very impressive folks inside the terminal and out. Nice airport controllers too.

INCREDIBLE FBO! Unsurpassed facilities, friendly (pretty) staff. BMW crew car. Arguably the finest FBO in the country.

Stayed 2 nights at FYV. Bought 80 gal of Jet-A. Great facility and all personnel were outstanding. The negative was $100 per night for ramp parking and not tied down for Citation 1. I think that is a bit steep.

Would not negotiate on hangar price, $50.00 per night is a lot for a C-182, in the middle of winter and cold OK otherwise now Pinnacle Air at Springdale and Beaver Lake Aviation in Rogers both charge $30.00. Have taken my paltry business so Springdale.

KILLER facility, see other posts for details (theater, large former commercial terminal, Jaguar, etc). Stopped to wait out TSRA w/ nearby tornadoes. Had the plane hangared. Had hoped for no charge (was $50 for 2 hrs.), but they have overhead to pay, and we got peace of mind, a nice facility, friendly staff, 2 hour courtesy car, and both WSI and internet for weather and flight planning. Will return

We decided to take a $100 dollar hamburger run to FYV. I called up to check on the fuel prices and was told a price that was agreeable. We landed and we parked beside another plane since there was no one around. I gave a fuel order at the desk on the way to lunch there in the terminal. We paid for the fuel and walked out to the plane. When I looked at the ticket I realized that the price was .10 higher than I was told two hours earlier. I went in to ask why it was different. A line guy said it was his fault but neither he nor the two CSR's offered to fix the problem. We were just buying courtesy fuel. I will not make that choice again for FYV.

Just wanted to thank people at Million Air for waiting for me tonight for fuel. Running late with two Grace Flight patients who had been trying to get home most of the day. Quick in and out. A great ending for a long day. Thanks again.

The service here is first class. I fly in regular and the staff services my every need. I called ahead once and asked for the Jag for an hour. The staff went all out to make the experience one she will not forget. Thanks Mary Kathryn

Love this place! Did a fuel stop at closing time on New Year's Day. Fuel service was quick, pilot facilities & amenities are the best I've seen, & it is phenomenal what they have done with the old Drake terminal. Couldn't get my pax off the couch in front of the 60" flatscreen.

As a tenant at FYV, I was curious about the ramp fee. Here it is: for singles, $10 but waived with a fuel purchase. For twins, $20 but waived with a purchase of at least 20 gallons. However, next to the self-serve on the east side there are bathrooms, a telephone, a computer (dialup access) and no ramp fee.

Very high-end luxury FBO, but with reasonable gas prices and friendly service!! They let me call long distance on their nickel because they’re in no Sprint service there. There is a restaurant in the FBO that was open in the late afternoon while I was there. I'll try it next time I'm up that way.

Fast Friendly and they even cleaned my windshield. They really seem to like their job. Wilma's restaurant appears new - good southern food and friendly staff. Wilma may even come and chat with you awhile.

A parking fee of $10/day is now charged for singles, but the fee is waived with any fuel purchase. This information was received via a phone call to the FBO.

Great Facility and Good People. They represent Million Air very well. Nice theater room for crew and free soda fountain and snacks. They have started charging a ramp or handling fee of some type without a fuel purchase.

Probably the best FBO I've been too. Great line service (2 Linemen met me and my passengers at the plane as we arrived and were there again as we left) great service inside as well. Plenty of amenities from good coffee, wireless Internet, a movie room, and you can even get your haircut there! Fuel was also less than advertised on this site! Great place to stop by.... The Perfect Storm/The Perfect Airport!! WE were flight of two en route to Berryville when the weather required us to divert to another field. This is a top-notch airport from Razorback approach, to tower, to airfield facilities and especially Million Air FBO. The Pilot Shop was one of the best I have ever visited; they actually had maps for all of the USA. Best FBO I have visited in years!!!!!!!!!!!

I parked my Cherokee on their ramp from 1 Nov to 4 Nov. There was NO ramp fee and NO parking fee. Their gas is a little pricy, but it is well worth it when you consider the excellent, friendly service you receive. Their facilities are second to none and their service is "Top shelf". I would recommend this FBO to anyone. I can't say enough good about them.

Arrived on June 24, 2006 and departed on June 25, 2006. The FBO had a 'Purchase fuel or pay $50.00 Ramp Fee' policy in place at the time. Needless to say, I purchased a token amount of fuel. Nice facilities, but a $50.00 ramp fee for a single engine is a bit much in this part of the country.

When there is little to no competition on the field my expectations are usually very low. I have to say however, that Million Air at FYV ranks right up there with some of the finest FBOs I have visited. It is even better than many of the other Million Air facilities I have seen around the country. They have an amazing home theater in the pilot's lounge (widescreen TV, surround sound, dark room with curtains, very comfortable chairs, stadium-like seating, and wall sconces for lighting), a free soda fountain with Coke products, coffee ground and served on demand, and outstanding staff. Oh, and their crew cars are Jaguars. If they still had a restaurant on the field, there would be no reason to leave the FBO while you wait for your passengers. They don't have to have a place like this, but they do, and the service is some of the best I've encountered in the country.

Stopped at FYV on 5/26/2006 on the way to Missouri to refuel and have lunch. Great service. Renovation of the FBO was underway so it was a "work in progress". They even have a barbershop in the FBO. Food at the restaurant was good but the restaurant also was undergoing remodeling. All in all, it was a pleasant stopover.

No excuses. Just right. First class service with reasonable fuel prices. 2006 courtesy car with good city maps and facilities upgrade (WIP) the best I have seen. Current photos do not do it justice. Anxious employees to serve you and they were happy to stay 2 hours past closing on Saturday. Easy flight in and out of airport.

On April 25, 2006 my wife and I stopped at Drake field for fuel, while on the ground and checking WX I found that the big black cloud to the west had 2" hail in it. It was either get in a hangar or fly away from it. Went and talked to Tom and Steve as they were scrambling to put A/C in the hangar. Told me they could get us in, (whoa). That done they let us have a crew car (a very nice one) to go eat. Upon returning, another line of storms, so it was RON for us. They gave us another crew car for over night. These guys were really great. If you’re ever around Fayetteville, AR stop in at (MILLION AIR) DRAKE FIELD. You will not regret it. There is a lot more but not enough time. O'yea fuel prices are in line, or better.

I fly in every other Friday to pickup my (7 & 12 year old) children. I have been treated well since Million Air has taken over. The girls think the Jag is a cool car when I pick them up from their house. I would like to thank Million Air for the courtesy they have extended me on my fly ins. The tower also has friendly service and has asked to set my follow me back to home base on first report.

Flew in on October 15th in a C-172 for the Auburn vs. Arkansas football game. We were parked immediately and greeted by a full size van to bring us to the FBO so we wouldn't have to make a 100 yard walk. Great service and the lady behind the desk offered to charge up a passenger's cell phone while we were at the game. Will stop here again if in town.
