Due to a weather delay, we arrived after the car rental office had closed (Saturday they close at 12:00 local) for the weekend. We were sure our ability to attend most of the festival events was going to be restricted (it appears Pt. Pleasant has no taxi service). Matt & "The Boss" came to our rescue by allowing us to use the courtesy car overnight. These guys saved our trip. Talk about great customer service, this place has it, even for those of us flying a PA-28. Fuel is self-service (I think it may only be available when the FBO is open since I did not see a credit card box and The Boss had to turn on the pump) but they still came out to help me fuel anyway. The restrooms were clean and fresh. KGAS has plenty of ramp tie-downs for parking. There were several restaurants and fast food places a couple of blocks from the FBO. You should try and make a trip into Pt. Pleasant WV the site of the first battle of the American Revolutionary War and an abandoned WWII munitions complex.

Great fuel price, great service, great people, and great stopover. Easy in and out along the river. I greatly recommend it.

Reasonable fuel prices and efficient service, although our daughter was disappointed at the lack of vending machines. Ridgeline to the west of the field will make it hard to spot Rwy 5 if you're coming in on a left base, but decent approaches.

What a pleasure to find a friendly FBO who is not gouging GA pilots with ridiculous fuel prices like the "big boys"! Fuel was reasonable (just over $3.00 a gallon) and the gentleman who runs the airport was friendly and helpful. We all need to use FBO's like KGAS or the large field FBO's will price General Aviation out of existence!

Great service- we were fueled and out in no time! Nice small-town feel to this place: very friendly folks.
