I can understand if you're bitter about working Halloween evening, however don't let it easily be known to your customers. Arrived in GCK for a fuel-stop. We got the fuel, but nothing else we asked for (mainly a GPU, and chocks were not placed under our tires upon arrival). The attitude of the male CSR was terrible. Neither flight crew received credit for AvTrip points even though we left our numbers with him (no surprise there).

Folks at Saker were great. Nice accommodations at FBO. Set us up at the Clarion (reasonable, comfortable, good steakhouse restaurant), for the night. $25 hangar fee for our Bonanza.

Great service, provided hangaring for our little C-172 while we waited out thunderstorms and hail. Plus a very clean and accommodating facility.

Nice fuel stop. Competitive prices and good service - provided for a quick turn. Very nice people. Look carefully at the weather and the winds ... We had 32 kts gusting 50. Comment was: It's like this every day. Only thing that changes is the direction! Our landing roll and subsequent T-O roll were both really short!

Flew in to Garden City for a 2-night stay. The folks at Saker Aviation were very accommodating. They moved and tied down my aircraft after fueling for the 2 nights with no tie down or landing fees. Beautiful new facilities are first class. Then Clarion in town is a fantastic place to stay. If you play golf I would recommend going to Buffalo Dunes golf course. This is a 4 1/2 star Golf Digest facility that is very reasonably priced to play.

Great service, second time in GCK. No courtesy car available (Both down for Mx) so the $50 cab ride to our hotel and back was a bit of a shock. Quick service and decent fuel price.

Great stop. Went there for biz. Parked with a guide, fueled before we even left the airplane. Excellent service. Had a flying newbie with me, he'll remember this forever. Beats commercial all to heck.

My stops at FirstFlight on 9 and 14 July 2009 were very pleasant and helpful. The plane was quickly AND CAREFULLY refueled. Then everyone was very nice and helpful as was the head A&P (AI), who quickly and accurately diagnosed what a slight roughness, was in my engine and helped me with MY problem of using my GPS. The first stop was due to weather. The second was planned!

Stopped here on a ferry flight of a Mooney from Texas to Seattle. Service was great. I took about 30 gallons and was out within 10 minutes.

FlistFlight guys were out to marshall us in right away and provide good, friendly service. Close to airport restaurant too! (Absolutely the BEST Italian food I've had in years! - will fly back just for the food!)
