Spokane Airways, Inc. (SAI) began its service to the general aviation community in 1928 as a Charter Service on Felts Field. SAI moved to (GEG) in the 60's and has continued to operate as a full-service Fixed Base Operator at the Spokane International Airport for over 50 years. Begining January 2012 all other services continue.The company's driving vision is to "be the aviation support company of choice in Spokane".

Imagine my surprise, when arriving at this FBO on an Angel Flight, needing fuel and finding out the fuel price that was guaranteed on AirNav was not honored. Extra fees, as much as 3.5%, are going to be added depending how you pay. The guaranteed price as this is written is $5.88 per gallon; that is less than they charged me this evening. As stated on AirNav, "As a pilot or FBO customer, you can rely on GUARANTEED prices. You can fly to the FBO with confidence that you will pay no more than the posted price." Not so at this FBO! The line people and the staff inside were put in a very difficult position by their manager, Greg. He stated that it was his right to change the price, and that, if I didn't like it, I should go somewhere else. That is just what I'm going to do, and my advice to anyone reading this is to do the same. In my opinion, there has to be a better FBO in the valley where a pilot can count on the integrity and honesty of the operator...Spend your money there.

I landed in Spokane in snow and ice. It was very cold and windy. I went to Spokane Airways in with low visibility. I was met on the ramp by line service. They were all very helpful and assisted my passenger and me in every way they could. They immediately put my plane in a heated hangar at a very reasonable price. The next morning when I arrived they asked me if we wanted to preflight in the hangar, then get in the plane and be pulled out on the snowy ramp, which we did. These folks are certainly service minded and very courteous in every way. I would highly recommend Spokane Airways. They really have their act together!

I have been flying out of GEG for years now and have been renting my aircraft from Spokane Airways. They have always given me excellent service. The staff is very friendly and are always willing to help out in anyway they can.

Spokane Airways is one of the top FBO's I have been to. Extremely highly recommended. I have been here quite a number of times, and every time I have always been greeted promptly by a lineman and asked what services I would need. They also offered a crew car free of charge. Spokane Airways is very accommodating. Keep it up!

Tied down for 3 days. Rental car was ready and plenty of help to get bags to it. Staff was very polite and helpful and I thought the service was top notch. Would definitely stop there again.
