One word... OUTSTANDING! Beautiful facility with a staff to match. Exceptional service is the standard here... One visit and you'll be back. Keep in mind that KRS fuel prices include the tax, so don't be fooled that you're getting cheaper prices elsewhere.

I just can't find anything I don't like about this FBO. Every time I find myself with business in Longview, they always let me take the van to town and they are prompt to service the plane. I just wish the tower controller was as good at his job as these girls are at theirs! Keep in mind this is a training place and I think some of the controllers are training too - keep your eyes open and your mind engaged when you go in.

A heavy fire fighting air tanker operation requires more than just the average services provided by the average FBO. KRS Jet Center and its staff have gone above and beyond to make sure our aviation needs have been taken care of. The experience of the staff, Heather, April and Naomi ensure a friendly and efficient experience. These girls...Rock! 1st class all around. Great line service and they helped us keep the aircraft cool with the AC cart. It's been awhile since I've seen one, but it was appreciated considering our AC on the aircraft decided to stop working on the way in. Everything is interesting about this FBO, the lobby decor, the theater room, and even the bathrooms. Can't wait to come back.

Stopped in yesterday for a 5 hour turn around and, as always, was amazed. KRS strives to provide the friendliest cleanest most user accessible facility I've ever seen. Literally tucked away in Far East Texas is the best FBO in the state. Hands down the best stop you could ask for.

KRS has simply the friendliest staff you will find anywhere. We've always been treated well, given the courtesy car when needed, and made to feel generally welcome with every visit. No discrimination here now matter how small plane you fly or little fuel you may need. Perfect place to stop for rest on a long X-C, you'll be glad you did!

Very welcoming FBO. Prices a bit steep, but hey, they need to pay for the free cookies and cocoa. The décor is a bit 1960s with red and black and leopard print. Reminds me of a home I once redecorated...

Can't thank the crew here enough: had a 90lb Rhodesian Ridgeback rescue that wanted nothing to do with flying in a crate. Thanks for the help in lifting the loaded cargo into the backseat fellas!

What a great and modern FBO! I flew in this morning for a meeting and asked to have the plane topped and a courtesy car. The courtesy car time limit was waived and the fuel bill was waiting for me when I returned. I will continue to use this FBO for all my trips to Longview. This is how an FBO should operate. Thanks.

Had to land at Longview last week due to electrical failure. Went to KRS and got great treatment even though we had just flown 20 minutes and did not need fuel. They took my plane to the maintenance hangar on field, gave me a ride back and forth, and let me use the car to go eat. They went out of their way to help. Can't say enough good about these folks. Fantastic facility and people. Thank you very much.

I rolled through KRS 15 minutes before they closed. The beautiful Naomi kept the place open for us and made sure we were well taken care of. If you ever find yourself in East Texas you have to go to KRS.

I've been using KRS for several years and I have never had a bad experience. Heather, Naomi, and Alicia are wonderful customer service girls and are always willing to go above and beyond expectations to help you with every need. The line crews are friendly and dependable; Ryan has done a great job making sure KRS stands out above the rest. This is the best FBO in East Texas, hands down!!

I have been going to KRS for over 2 years now and have to say that theirs is the BEST operation in East Texas (or all of Texas for that matter)! With an exceptional line crew aptly lead by Ryan and Todd, and a CSR department with a "can do" attitude lead by Heather, you can rest assured that your every request will be fulfilled accurately, pleasantly, and in a timely manner. Kim Smith should be proud to have formed an organization that is a shining example of how the business should be run everywhere. My only regret is that there isn't a KRS in more locations across the country. Keep up the great work!

Without a doubt, this is one of the best FBO's I have ever seen in 30 years of flying! It is a modern, up to date FBO with a professional crew that will take care of your every need. All the needed amenities are available! Computer/flight planning room, crew lounge, courtesy car and popcorn & cookies. Best part of the KRS experience is SHAY CAFFEY! WOW! She is not only smart and professional, she always has a smile on her face and ready to help with all your travel needs!

We stayed overnight in Longview last week. All the staff, especially Shay and Heather was very friendly and helpful. The cold watermelon was delicious. Transportation was provided to and from our motel. The crew even provided a windbreak with a fuel truck for our helicopter during a thunderstorm that night. Thanks again!

Just over one week ago, we flew our (9) Marine Corps aircraft into East Texas Regional Airport and were honored by the level of service from KRS Express Inc. Over the span of four days moving our aircraft from one coastline to another, we stopped at numerous FBOs and Base Operations facilities. Hands down, KRS was the best encounter. The professionalism of the line staff and their attention to our needs was better than any I've experienced up to this point in my career. With respect to the desk staff, Heather showed us the red carpet treatment as she supplied us with door-to-door service from our aircraft to the FBO line. Shaye made sure we were adequately supplied with the right amount of rental vehicles to move all of our 48 persons to our respective hotels. Both women even went so far as to give us detailed directions to anywhere we wanted to go along with suggestions of good venues to eat at. For anyone swinging through the Longview area, you can't go wrong with the KRS experience.
