Had to spend nearly the whole day in Longview in an A36. Line service was fantastic - a few turbine aircraft were on the ramp, and I got just as much attentive service as the big iron. Seth went the extra mile to make sure my stay was comfortable, including staying a little late to keep the FBO open for me while I waited for passengers. It is because of this I will return to Stebbins next time I am in Longview.

I can't say enough good things about this place. From the ramp staff to the desk staff, they are always great people. And the facility is top notch. It is a great place to stop and the folks at the desk are very good at getting cars and hotel rooms together for you.

Another great experience with an overnight at Stebbins. Alisha had our rental car ready and waiting, and the line guys had us refueled and ready to go when we returned in the morning. The airport has finished the parking lot and road paving project since last time we were there, so getting in and out is even easier. This is one of our favorite FBOs anywhere!

We visit Longview, TX 4-5 times per year. Stebbins consistently provides exceptional service. The CSR's and line personnel are among the best anywhere. Personalized service begins with the pre-trip phone call concerning car & hotel arrangements and continues right through help loading passengers and bags for departure from KGGG. Fueling is done professionally and at reasonable costs. Throughout our time there, we're made to feel more like family than transients.

The Definition of customer service is Stebbins. They went above and beyond to help my co-worker and I out. They first set up a hotel and provided transportation along with a map of the area with places to eat. I left my phone charger at my previous location and Stacy had no problem giving me an extra he had laying around at home, I offered to give him some cash for it but he refused. Awesome people is all I can say. Thanks so much.

LSA-friendly! I'm not surprised by the other comments here - Stebbins is exceptional. Despite being one of the 'small fry' in a Light Sport, Stan and Devon were both really helpful with the Texas charm. Stan said to call ahead next time and they'd make sure I could fill up with mogas for the LSA Rotax engine!

We arrived at Stebbins without any prior arrangements on this trip and were greeted as if we'd had a long-standing reservation. Dan, our line crew rep, took care of us immediately and sent us in to see Devin who pleasantly assisted us with a loaner car for a few hours. Upon our return Dan offered to clean our windshield and also assisted us by putting nitrogen in our nose wheel tire. The service at this FBO is outstanding and our trip on this occasion was no exception. Thanks guys!!

Services well beyond expectation! Devon greets customers with a sincere desire to excel and make the day as pleasant as it can be. Stan insisted on giving the aircraft a quick cleanup, which rivaled the work performed by major aircraft detail companies. Jet A fuel cost was well below region average. Great service with a smile is still out there!

Changed departure time and Devon saw it on flight aware. She called and changed rental car arrival times! Sergio always does a great job in making sure the aircraft is pulled up front and the air conditioner is turned on! Great service!

My wife and I just returned from a trip to Longview, Texas, and Stebbins Aviation. It was, by far, the best FBO experience I have ever had. Ever. Anywhere. I called ahead the day before, and talked to the wonderful Devon, and she was on top of everything. After the great lineman parked us, I walked in and Devon called me by name, remembered where we were going, fixed us up with coffee, snacks and maps, and showed us to the courtesy car, which was parked at the door with the AC on! There was nothing they could have done to make this any easier or better. I am already thinking of excuses to go back there, just to get this royal treatment!

Exceptional location and service. If you are going to or passing through Gregg County Texas, this FBO is the place to stop. Best FBO I have visited in the last two years! Some have better facilities (on a par with any), but the friendliness, responsiveness and care are unmatched.

Beautiful FBO, and great service. I never called before taxiing in. They had my plane tied down and fueled before I finished filling out the rental car paperwork; not to mention providing maps, directions, and reserving a hotel room for the night. This will now be my monthly stop in North Tx instead of Shreveport!
