Great experience here, the new terminal is beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful, ramp fees are low, and fees are waived with only small purchases of fuel. When the self-serve credit card reader went out, they honored the SS price (one of the cheapest in the area) for full serve 100LL for the Aerostar I was flying. Will be happy to come back any time.

Customer service is not their priority here at Arlington Air Center! My worst experience in 25 years of flying! Will not be back!
