We flew into Arlington for a quick turn around and the people at Harrison were very friendly and helpful. The crew car was clean and comfortable. The self-serve pump is way at the end of the runway, but well worth the taxi. This is an easy stop in the Dallas area. We look forward to going back to Arlington.

July 7, 2008 I called the FBO and asked if rental cars were available. They advised me the rental car company was not open yet that morning, but would check when they opened, asked me just for my call sign. I arrived later that morning, and they had a car at my airplane within a minute. The employees at the desk helped us out with discount coupons for Six Flags, and hotel suggestions. We left the next morning and they had the plane parked right out front and provided all of us (4) with bottled water. To recap: Harrison Aviation was friendly, helpful, saved me money locally, etc. I will always use them when I return to Arlington, Texas.

Harrison is what all FBO's should be striving for. We flew in for a Ranger's game on Saturday afternoon. Line service was waiting to park us and had the rental car pulled up to the plane before we could deplane. When we returned after the game I mistakenly left my Garmin 396 in a chair in their lobby and didn't realize it until we were airborne. I called as soon as we arrived at our destination (about midnight) and they located the GPS and said they would mail it to me. I offered to pay for shipping but they took care of that also. This is a first class operation that knows the meaning of customer service.

Great FBO! They had my rental car running and waiting for me upon my arrival. Line service was eager to help unload baggage from plane. Everyone was the best. Highly recommend this stop.

KGKY now has a self-serve pump that works great at the south end of the transient ramp (Bravo taxiway area). Fuel is only $3.08 (25 Nov).

Spent a little over 2 hours, got fuel, they gave me a courtesy car, bottled water and friendly, while professional. I look forward to seeing these folks again. Even tho I am in a C182, they treat me like I'm in an expensive jet.

I brought my sons and nephews in for the Ranger/Yankee game on Sunday May 7, 2006. A more friendly and enjoyable staff I have not encountered. I HIGHLY recommend Harrison Aviation and will certainly see them often in the future.

We had the pleasure of landing here on 4/1/06 and the people were exceptionally friendly, courteous and allowed us to use the courtesy car to go to DFW to pick up family. I recommend this FBO.

Great service. They really go out of their way to accomodate your every need. The only problem I had at the airport is that the flight instructors that operate at the field seem to think that the radio CTAF freq is their personal communication system. We had to step on them on every call in the pattern as they made vile sounds and comments to each other on the radio. The FAA really needs to listen and take care of the unprofessional use of the radio by these idiots.

Nice FBO, felt luxurious in my C170 next to so many small jets and what with the 5 star facilities. The staff was helpful and friendly as was nearby Van Bortel where we had maintenance performed. The DFW class B was stressful and I'd recommend flying in from the south and make sure everyone onboard helps you look for traffic. It's the busiest area I've ever seen for traffic anyways. But the airport was convenient and the FBO was nice.

This is a very nice facility for a transient. 24 hour operation, friendly staff, and good cookies. Full serve fuel price was fair, and they did not charge me for tie-down. I'll be back. Note: I couldn't get anyone from the ground on the published Clearance Delivery frequency, but it was easy to get my clearance once in the air.
