I stop here at least twice per month usually in my Bonanza and I am always treated like I am flying a Gulfstream every time that I stop here. Even on Christmas Day the staff at Harrison were wonderful to deal with and took great care of me with a smile as always. I cannot say enough good things about Harrison. They are fantastic and as a result the only place in the DFW area that I will buy fuel.

Stop here often to see my Mother. Consistently great service. Helped with driving up my Mom's car we parked while we picked her up for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Amazing FBO! We landed on Sunday - Cowboys homegame and the World Series at Arlington and they handled it perfectly. Great service, excellent staff. Frankly it's worth coming to Harrison Aviation on game day to watch the staff and line crew! If only the Cowboys were this good....

We received excellent service at a fair price on our recent last minute trip to the DFW area. Can't recommend enough... At 8:30p after church Saturday, we decided to take our girls to Six Flags the next day. I called around and only a few airports had FBOs open after 10pm (Harrison is 24 hours) plus staged rental cars for a last-minute rental. We landed about midnight and were on our way in minutes. On our return Sunday, other employees were equally helpful and kind with our daughters, offering to help with the loading, plane, etc.... And we're just in a light single piston. I can't recommend enough if you are heading to the DFW area.

The car was ready. I got great directions to my meeting, and when I had to be late returning the car, I wasn't even charged the extra day. These people really work hard at making a good experience. They took my phone number so if a storm came they would call me before putting my plane in a hangar.

My staff and me arrived at 7:00 a.m. We were greeted promptly with friendly people and service. Our rental car was presented and off we went. I will be back, excellent service, thanks.

This is my home airport and the folks at Harrison are awesome, the other day had taxied to wash rack to clean up our Bonanza and well flooded the engine trying to get back to the hangar, the guys towed me back and were happy to do it on a Sunday afternoon with temps at 103! Thanks guys

I've been to many airports, but Harrison exceeds all other FBO's. I took the family to Arlington a few weeks ago and my son had gotten sick (ugh) in the back. The way you like to start off a 'family' day... Anyway, not only did they have the car waiting, but also they hosed off my son and gave him clothes to wear! To top it off, I took my carpet out of the back and they cleaned it out while we spent the day playing. They are awesome!

A great FBO very clean, great cookies and popcorn! The staff at Harrison were very helpful, treated me as though I was in a Citation not a Saratoga! Marlene was extremely helpful behind the desk arranged a car for us to take us to DFW.

Arrived on 30 March 2010 for business. Thanks to maintenance issues on our company plane, we used my Mooney for backup (try that with scheduled carriers!). Line crew expedited our arrival tasks with bag toting and car delivered planeside. CSR Amy had all papers waiting and we were on our way with time to spare. On departure next day, Mooney was waiting up front, fueled and ready. Had the pleasure to meet Karin, who graciously offered to help with problems experienced elsewhere with Enterprise rental cars. Overall experience = A++! Thank you - will be back.

Just wanted to take a minute to thank both Andrea & Greg for their assistance on Saturday, November 7th. We flew in to Arlington and had reserved a rental car online with Enterprise. Unfortunately, the Enterprise office was already closed and no car had been brought over to the airport for us, despite our reservations. Andrea made some phone calls to get in touch with someone from their office. We were informed there was a Ford dealership on the nearby freeway that would be able to accommodate us. Most businesses might have offered to call a cab for us, but Andrea had Greg drive us to the dealership. Thanks to your wonderful staff we were able to quickly get the rental car, check into our hotel and have time to make the show at the House of Blues we were in town to see. Thanks to you guys for going above and beyond to take care of us!

We're well into the season now and I'm happy to say that this FBO has it figured out and consistently delivers great service. The entire crew is always more than accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Best transpo to/from the game: rent a car and call days ahead to reserve it. Departing isn't that bad unless weather moves in and then all of the local airports are at the mercy of DFW TRACON. Pickup your clearance at the 2:00 warning and you'll save a lot of time.

Went to Cowboys game a few weeks ago. FBO is very organized considering the amount of planes arriving. Great service, only issue was transport to game, they had a taxi for us, but some other "people" decided to steal our cab. Waited 45 minutes for another cab.. Not sure what the solution is other than hiring a limo. Closest airport to stadium. Long taxi line after game also. Returned to FBO, left master on, and Harrison jumped me within 5 minutes. Not sure if this after every game or due to weather, but sat on ground for nearly an hour after startup to get clearance, taxi and takeoff. Thought about departing VFR and getting clearance in air.

On 10-13-09 a customer called Harrison at 3:00 in the morning. They called looking for transportation to Corpus Christi immediately. Their son was in the emergency room in Corpus Christi from an accident and not expected to live. Adam from Harrison worked with them till 4:30 in the morning assisting them locating transportation to Corpus Christi. While waiting for departure he stayed with them, consoled them and helped them to be comfortable during a very difficult and grieving time for their family members. He also brought out the plane and had everything ready to go while also tending to other duties. The family told our company that Adam was there for them and could not say enough praises for him. Adam went above and beyond his normal duties, I would like to commend him and thank him for his sincere and excellent service this morning. He made things go so smoothly, the service was remarkable. Thank you again!

Flew in for Dallas Cowboys game on Sept 28. Even though there is a crush of arrivals of private aviation aircraft for the game, the FBO handled everything in a very impressive manner. We were directed to the front of the FBO for the passengers to disembark and then our plane was immediately moved to its parking spot on the ramp. Rental car was pulled up alongside the plane when we arrived. The experience with the FBO and its staff couldn't have been better.

This is a top-notch, well run FBO! Flew in there last week for a Cowboys game (along with many other airplanes from SE to jets) and they were organized and ready to go. They had all the rental cars lined up and tagged with our names and plenty of line staff on hand to receive us. Despite the overwhelming traffic that night we were in and out of there is a very short time. Also - can't beat the fuel cost for it being DFW area. Best place to land in Dallas in my opinion.

We've started using Harrison since the new stadium was built and we'll be attending most events. It's a dress rehearsal for the football season ahead and so far they've done an outstanding job of managing the traffic with efficiency. We're very pleased with all things Harrison and the reasonable fuel prices for the DFW area. For Cowboys games, make sure you notify them early as the tower uses their reservations to decide on operating hours.

I called ahead to reserve a rental car and was extremely impressed with how efficiently the staff arranged it. As soon as I arrived a few days later, the fuel truck was there, ready to assist me. When I went inside the FBO to pick up the rental car, they offered one of their courtesy cars instead so I would not have to pay for a rental. This is a TOP-NOTCH facility with service to match their attractive appearance!

This is the place to go in the DFW metroplex. We flew in for an event at the new Cowboy Stadium. When we arrived the line was there to meet us with red carpet and our rental car pulled around to the aircraft. Two girls behind the counter helped us with directions and place to stay and made sure my customers had what they needed before leaving. The stadium was so close and easy to get to. When I returned I was very comfortable while waiting. The place was just remodeled and it looks very high end. Overall this place has a fantastic facility, great customer service and I would highly recommend and we will certainly return.

Truly excellent FBO -- everything a pilot would want or need and open 24/7. I was charged a "tie-down fee" and didn't notice it when I paid for fuel. I called the next night and the gal on duty said that was a mistake and would have the manager call me. The manager called, apologized most politely, and credited my MasterCard. I'll definitely return every chance I get.
