Made an unexpected stop at GTR on 2/10/07 on a very cold morning. They met us at the plane and added fuel in short order. After we took care of the issue (4 year old and bathroom), we were on our way in less than 30 minutes. I will like make this a regular stop on future trip on V278.

GTR consistently exceeds reasonable expectations. Last time I went into GTR on an unscheduled call from a customer, didn't have time to schedule a rental car, when I arrived both rental companies were out of cars. Micky, the FBO owner/operator loaned me his personal vehicle and would not take any remuneration for the use. I had it for approximately 3 hours. I fly a single engine SR-22 Cirrus, and agree with the previous poster, I wouldn't get any better service if I arrived in a Citation X. This exceptional service is rare when I go into airports with a single FBO, who also services Jet aircraft with healthy fuel appetites. Great place, great service.

Exceptional and Outstanding Service is the best phrase that describes the Folks at RAS. I was flying a little Grumman Tiger. However, the Management and Staff at RAS treated me like I was the owner of a Gulfstream G550. They were there to greet me, tie me down, cover me up, had a rent car waiting for me, took care of my airplane while I waited for my grand daughter to be born, helped me untie, and uncover my aircraft, and asked me to return soon. Outstanding. "I'll be back!" (Spoken with a German Accent)

RAS consistently has the best, friendliest service of ANY FBO I visit. And they do it with a permanent smile! The owner, Micky, is usually there himself, which probably explains the personal service.

Stopped to drop off a passenger and get fuel. Quick service, friendly people and good fuel price. Cannot ask for more than that!
