Pretty basic as far as FBO's go. The line service and personnel were great though. Exceptional service every time. Spent a few days there. The plane was fueled correctly and on time, every time. Great price on car rental and O2 as well.

Very expensive Full Service only fuel. But, good Service with two Line Persons waiting for me as I taxied in. Let me use a Courtesy Car to get a quick lunch at McDonalds, just a few blocks east of the airport. Going West, the only option for cheaper fuel is Holbrook AZ. And often you have to wait for a City Employee to show up and operate the SS Fuel Pump. Not worth the worry of ending up with minimal fuel in the middle of nowhere and hope you can get some.

Lineman met us on the ramp and parked us, filled us up quickly, and even washed the windscreen.

Very helpful staff. Arranged Gallup Inn hotel accommodation. Unfortunately hotel did not follow through with promised transfer next morning.

Despite our derisory fuel purchase (for a Robinson R44), offered the courtesy car for a ride into town to pick up earrings for the woman waiting patiently back home. Richardson's seems to be the most authentic source for Navajo, Hopi, and other tribal art. The owner is 91 and has been trading in this stuff forever.

Fuel was expensive, but otherwise, the facility and the line staff were very accommodating, providing me transportation to/from the Best Western. The lineman informed me that there are two Best Westerns but only one had Internet service. I went to the Best Western with Internet service. Traveled the week of 6/11/09
