Planned a trip to dine with friends 25 minutes from KHAO. Since it was a short flight from KMQJ, flew with partial fuel. Topped off at KHAO for a phenomenally good price! The folks here let us use their 2010 Chevy to go to our lunch spot. Good people, good service and great conversation! Nice clean facility. We will return!

This is my third visit since the new management took over the FBO. Every time they have exceeded my expectations, this is truly a First Class operation.

Very good service. Family trip to the Kings Island area on the way home from OSH required a rental car on a Sunday. The airports closer to our destination (ISZ & I68) and associated rental car companies were unable or unwilling to rent cars on Sundays, but a call to Cincinnati Jet Center at HAO and everything was set up. Car pulled to the plane when we landed, free bottled water, etc. We'll be back!

A wonderful FBO! I flew in on July 4 in a 43 year old Mooney. I was greeted with a red carpet by line people who knew and loved airplanes. They were kind enough to lend me a brand-new Chevy Malibu, and may have the most reasonably priced 100LL in the area. Why go anywhere else?

Flew in a couple weeks ago and had first experience with new operator. What a difference. They called my on Unicom as I entered pattern to ask if I would like car brought out and told me someone would meet me to park. This was at 9pm at night in dark. Two guys met me at plane, helped me park and tie down, retrieved rental car, loaded luggage, etc. First class treatment. Much more professional than on past visits. Recommended. Easy access if doing business in North part of Cincinnati, and they have an ILS at airport, which always is a plus.

This is a new FBO company. Enthusiastic, friendly staff, fuel discounts, crew car, and a full service line department. BIG improvement over past operator. Long runway, ILS, and quick in/out.
