Flew into Butler County on August 8th for a video recruitment shoot involving LifeLine Pilots. HAO staff was very helpful, and the facilities were clean!

Was into HAO last week for the first time. Was a busy time at the airport with bad weather - these people provided some of the best service that we have seen anywhere - hangar space was limited but they got us in out of the snow and treated great - a must stop if your going that way.

Came back to KHAO after more than two years, and was just as happy as the first report. This is a first-class operation, and much better than my experience flying into Blue Ash. Thanks -- I will stick with Pro Aero KHAO from now on.

Stopped in over the weekend. Service was very good made sure that I was taken care of. Put plane in hangar overnight ($45.00 per night) Forgot to refuel airplane, but took care of it right away. Did not cause any delay. Would recommend them when coming to Cincinnati. I was using Blue Ash but I think I will stay with these guys.
