We were here for the Super Bowl and were pleasantly surprised at how well everything was run. It was very well organized from parking to fueling and we were very impressed. They were very well staffed and had great football food. Wade was very accommodating and Carol even gave us a ride to the local mall, which was very nice. When departing, they had all our planes stagger parked so that wherever you were on the ramp you had a clear taxi out without having to wait on someone to be towed out of your way. If dispatch gives us a chance to pick where we go in Indianapolis I shall definitely pick here at KHFY. They've really got their act together. The people are the best and the facilities are great. Hope to see them again real soon.

Came in for the Super Bowl, and these guys floored me with the service. There were 10 line guys directing us to parking, got us fueled in 20 minutes, and we were off to the hotel. We had no delays coming in from TEB, and no delays on the way out. Definitely happy we chose a satellite airport for the game. Thanks Ralph and crew for a great Super Bowl experience, job well done. We will certainly be back!

Called ahead to reserve space for the Super Bowl. I spoke with Ralph Hill who looked for a hotel for our stay, he found a very expensive hotel and instead of booking it extended an invitation to stay at his home as and overnight guest (that’s Midwest hospitality). Next morning called and asked if he could bring our conquest in a heated hangar to melt the frost. These people are great, if in the area this stop is a must

Ralph tanked up and tucked my RV-4 into the hangar for a 2 night stay. Got a call from Rick stating that he noticed a puddle of brake fluid under my right main. He got the mechanic for me, who fixed it (billed 2 hours). Saturday morning they were ready for my departure. Excellent service. You know what's amazing. Rick will remember your name - even if it has been a year or two since you visited.

The service at this airport is simply outstanding and very hospitable to light aircraft operations. I flew in from Minneapolis in a Cherokee to find that the airport manager had been watching the arrival on FlightAware and stayed until 7:00 PM on a Sunday to make sure that we had transportation available. Ralph helped us tie down, took our bags to the terminal in his own vehicle, and opened the place back up so we could wait for our ride in comfort. The whole experience was outstanding and I wouldn't pass through Indy without stopping at Greenwood Aviation.

The friendly atmosphere has indeed returned to Greenwood! As a long-time local pilot it was disheartening to see the decline in attitude and service provided by our local FBO. I'm very happy to say that is no longer the case. Excellent service with a smile! Keep up the good work!

Stopped in with our 182 for fuel and have personally met the new airport operators, what a vast improvement! They greeted us with a smile, and welcome all pilots and aircraft, both corporate and general. Looks like the hometown atmosphere has returned to KHFY, thanks.
