Far and away the best FBO on the planet. GA pilot’s friend. Landing here makes you feel good about driving a SEL. I bought fuel and had a smoothie. Staff was courteous and golf-carted us to the BBQ location. Both FBOs are great, this one is slightly better. The interior is fun and the AC kept me smiling all the way through New Mexico @110F. Highly recommended. Hello Atlantic- are you listening? This local operation makes the small guys whose aluminum worth oh only 100K feel welcome. I should have bought a shirt! BBQ at other FBO was great.... But the staff brings me to D2. Only question left- can I buy self serve fuel and still get a smoothie? I descended over the lake (better for the neighbors) but also found that this made for a smoother ride in. Everyone wins.

I flew my M20C Ranger in from KTNP for 2qts of mineral oil and some 100LL, on my way to Utah. The cute lady there was on the spot with help, both for refueling and the oil. How did she know I needed a bottle of water even in March? I'll go there again.

Rich, Gloria and 252A were back in Nov 2010. D2 Aero met Gloria and I at the plane with a bottle of water. Gave us ride to our house to get our car. Great service as always.

Seeing our Kitfox flight land - just assumed we would want self-serve fuel - directing us right to the pumps. Then they even helped us fuel - drug the hose - held the ladder - brought us water - a rag to check the oil - cleaned our windshield - WITHOUT ever being asked! A beautiful lobby with snacks & drinks to fit everyone's tastes. Not to mention, extremely competitive downright cheap fuel. Well done - now a regular convenient stop for us.

The D2 crew always comes out to greet you, directs you to parking and has a cold bottle of water of ready. Fair fuel prices and great service!

Stopped at D2 Aero on 09/28/10 from FL to CA and return trip and before I could get out of the plane, Lee had us chocked and was offering us a bottle of cold water. We visited in Lake Haves City for two days and when time to leave the plane was fueled and the prices were reasonable. Didn't have any of the fruit, popcorn or cookies, but the slushies were great! Sorry, didn't get the lady behind the counters name, but she was very helpful also. A Piper Pacer was given Gulfstream service!!

When I pulled for fuel I was greeted with a cool bottle if water and a smile. The best service and fuel prices that I have ever had.

Great place to stop on a long cross-country trip! I concur with all the previous kudos. 100LL was $4.39/gal on March 18, 2010. The ambiance of the FBO is truly unique and worth the patronage of the GA community.

We had a good stop in our Bonanza. Very friendly and a good fuel price. Another airplane was about to pull away from the self-service pump and until we could pull up, the crew at D2 brought us ice-cold water bottled water while we were still in the plane!

These guys are awesome time and time again! Always friendly and always going out of their way to "pamper" you. Whether it is the slushee machine or the ice-cold bottles of water waiting for you on their golf cart, I have had nothing but great service.

We made a fuel stop at HII last night in a Mooney Rocket (fuel-injected and turbo-charged). It was close to 100 degrees F at sundown. Jeff met us with a follow-me cart, gave us all much-appreciated cold water, and helped us with the fuelling process. When we had restart problems because of the high heat and hot engine, Jeff brought out an evaporative cooler and blew cold air through the engine compartment for 20 minutes allowing it to cool down enough for us to start and get on our way. All this exceptional service and pleasant conversation was after regular hours, and more than made up for the slightly higher fuel prices at D2 Aero compared to the other FBOs on the field. Fuel stops are generally not very memorable, but this one certainly was. Thanks again, Jeff.

I came back to D2 for the first time in the last 3 years. I have used them in the past and get nothing but top-notch service. The whole staff is aviation savvy, and knows better not to park their "Follow Me" carts on the high-speed taxiways, unlike the other FBO on the field. Will continue to use only D2Aero

BEST FBO I HAVE EVER BEEN TO or heard of for that matter. They have the BEST staff, BEST line service, BEST slushies, and BEST facility.... I can’t say enough good things about how these people will bend over backwards just to make you happy and enjoy your time with them. Keep up the good work D2. I'll be back very soon.

Flew into Lake Havasu for spring break, went to D2 Aero and was impressed! Even after working the line at a major airport (PHX) I couldn’t imagine a better FBO. I was very happy with the service I received from everybody. Will defiantly return to D2 next time!

Stopped at D2 on a T34 ferry flight for cheap fuel and found the best, friendliest, attentive facility and staff. Arizona Aircraft Maintenance came to my rescue when I had engine trouble and got me on my way ASAP. Mark flew his plane to Prescott for parts to get me airborne the same day. Very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and economical at a first class facility. Will consider them a maintenance resource-and I'm based in NY.
