My wife and I parked our Turbo Arrow with Exec Air for the July 4 weekend. Avgas was $5.50 instead of the $5.25 advertised on AirNav. On the positive side, their facility is clean and modern. On the negative side, when I asked if the line crew could move our bird into the hangar in case a nearby thunderstorm threatened to drop hail on the airport, they replied that they couldn't monitor the weather and that I could either pay $65/night for the hangar or not. I was happy to pay the fee; I simply wanted them to move the airplane inside if they felt the weather warranted it, but they refused to make that decision. At every other FBO I've visited, that request has been met with "Sure, no problem." Also, when we arrived, the staff refused to give us a ride to pick up our Enterprise rental car. Definitely the first time I've ever been refused a quick ride. Fortunately Enterprise is only 1 mile away and they came to pick us up.

I have been to Exec Air on 2 occasions recently. They have good prices on full service fuel. Let me use the courtesy car for the day; will be the FBO I use on all my trips to Helena.

Thank you guys so much. Enroute to Northern Montana from Utah, we had an alternator failure. We landed in Helena and went to Exec Air. They were so helpful! They arranged to have one of their mechanics look at the plane to figure out what was wrong. Although they couldn't repair the problem (they don't stock Cessna parts) they gave us some piece of mind. They got us a rental car and we finished our trip and got back just in time for our escort aircraft to lead us home. They were extremely nice! We spent 4 hours in their lobby and other than the broken plane, it was very pleasant! I definitely recommend them! Thank you guys so much!!!
