We had an air ambulance flight to KHOU yesterday. We have used Enterprise for the past ten years, and we have always purchased fuel. However, they raised, or began enforcing, a minimum of 100 gallons purchase for a E90, and the aircraft could not carry the extra weight. We normally purchase seventy gallons, an amount which would have kept us within the weight and balance, but that was not enough, so I was charged $250.00 for the two hours and thirty six minutes I spent at Enterprise. $96.15 per hour. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

Enterprise Jet Center will only honor the "GUARANTEED" fuel price on AirNav.Com when the pilot complains that the price is not the same as the guaranteed price shown on the site, then they are happy to reduce the fuel price. We will not longer be using this FBO because of this practice. Our dispatch selects the FBO's based on the pricing on AirNav.Com and the crews have no idea that you must ask for the discount.
