To all you guys that aren't flying a KingAir. Be advised, although very nice, they charge a $35 parking fee for single engine if you don't buy fuel.
Response from George Davis General Manager Signature Flight Support, - HOU Mr. Voth, Thank you for visiting Signature Flight Support Houston, we truly appreciate your business. I want to apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced while visiting us. We do charge a ramp/handling fee for any aircraft that does not purchase fuel. The fees are to help compensate for the many free services (crew car, coffee, papers, ice, etc.) we offer to both you and your passengers on each of your visits. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, and we look forward to providing world-class service for you again.

We picked up a GraceFlight patient at Hawker Beechcraft this morning, a Sunday. I'd notified George Davis, manager of line service, by email prior to arrival. The staff was ready and provided a courteous and efficient turnaround. The GraceFlight fuel discount was appreciated, too. I recommend Hawker Beechcraft.

Parked at the Angel Flight Hangar next door, and they had fuel for me at a nice discount within a few minutes.

I had a good experience the other day with Hawker Beechcraft. I have traded there under many names and different planes; the quality has always been excellent no matter what I was flying. Unknown to them this time they had parked our King Air overnight in an area that allowed for other planes taxing by or out to blow muddy water and grime all over the plane. I must admit when I first saw the plane during pre-flight that I was frustrated. That was until I saw the way they addressed the situation. Within a matter of minutes the Line manager personally gathered several of his linecrew and had the plane completely washed and pulled up for an on time departure. No questions asked. I could not have been more pleased. Thanks!
