I stopped here to drop someone off, refuel and continue on. Very efficient service and easy in and out of their facility.

My wife and I flew into Hobby for an engagement party in April. The folks at Wilson Air Center provided cold drinks and a place to change clothes, along with very tasty cookies. We had to depart KHOU early the next morning - they had the plane topped off, pulled up close to the FBO office and ready to go. These folks are not only professionals, they are truly nice people who go out of their way to see that your time with them is so good that you will always want to return - and we will.

I have had to make several flights to KHOU recently for family medical care and have been coming to Wilson each time. Service is superlative. Rental cars are pulled up next to lobby entrance and will be brought to plane on landing. Bunch of folks show up to usher plane in. Don't be put off by the long walk through hangar from the street entrance. The people here do a great job!

It is Super Bowl week in Houston and traffic is gridlock. My wife is arriving via airline at Hobby airport at 6 pm. It is 35 miles from my house to Hobby. Wilson to the rescue. I flew into Hobby and Wilson picked up my wife at the airline terminal and delivered her to the FBO. 25 minutes later we were home. Wilson's staff was very busy with numerous jets but treated my RV10, my wife and I as if we were the most important airplane on the ramp. Best big airport FBO I have ever used. Office and ramp staff is the best. Thanks

Professional and over the top courteous service for my Grumman AA5 and me. They pulled the plane into a hangar and ran an air conditioning hose into the cockpit to cool it before my flight. The temperature was close to 100 degrees, but the plane was cool. What service!!

Holy cow. Exceptional experience. Flew in around Midnight on Friday to pick-up daughter coming in on Southwest (which was delayed of course, boo SWA)... Anyway, was offered up a crew car to go pick her up from terminal without any hassle at all. They offered bottled water, said they would brew coffee, whatever we wanted... Even gave us ice cream on our departure. Top notch service, great friendly folks. They deserve your business.

Excellent service as always. Great staff that go the extra mile to ensure I have everything I need, whether I'm flying a jet, or my personal single-engine plane. My FBO of choice at Hobby.

An "okay" FBO. While the line staff was attentive and quick to fuel my plane, a Bonanza w/tip tanks, they were dismissive when I questioned the amount of fuel they put in each tip tank (there's a sight gauge guys...Really?). The CSR seemed only interested in getting my fuel payment.

When you taxi in the arrivals go in between the two big hangars on your left. I arrived in my Piper Arrow for a few days and the service was great. Tie down fee was $25 a night, as I did not need fuel. Upon leaving the plane was parked up front and ready to go. They treat the small guy just as good as the big guy. I'll be back...

Great FBO. I previously always used Million Air, but decided to give Wilson a try due to them offering a better fuel price. I was very pleased with the service we received from the staff and will definitely continue to use them when we are in Houston!
From Richard Weiner on 10-Feb-2015

We arrived last Thursday evening to a somewhat lukewarm reception. Taxi in was rather chaotic. No "Follow Me" vehicle, just a fellow in the dark waving his arms without any flashlights. Unbeknownst to me, there are separate ramps for arrivals and departures. Ultimately, three different linemen did a tag team and guided me to parking in the "arrival area" on the other side of the building. After entering the building, we were met by a pleasant but seemingly clueless CSR. Despite submitting a reservation the day before we arrived, they were not sure if they should be expecting us according to the CSR. Fast-forward 3 days. Entirely different experience, consistent with the usual glowing reports. Kimberly is one of the best CSRs I have found at any FBO. Friendly, pleasant, and very efficient. In fact, everybody I met at the FBO that day was top notch, from the CSR to the lineman to the concierge service lady. BTW, overnight fees were kind of steep, $95 a night.
