Flew in late at night on 01/17/11 and had great service. The rental car was pulled up to the plane once we shut down and we were able to get our passenger out of there within 5 minutes. The facilities were very nice and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely use Wilson again.

This is a great place. I arrived and the staff came out to greet me and help me with my bags. They fueled my plane as I requested and even sent me a thank you a card in the mail. It's the little things that seem to go a long way. Thank you Kim for the card and a great time in Houston. I will be back. Thanks again.

Used Wilson Air Center to attend a Weird Al concert. My passengers and I were treated like we had arrived in something much larger than my Cessna single engine (even though we were all dressed in full Amish attire). This is the first Wilson Air Center I've used and if they all run as well as this one, I'll use others. Fuel price was steep, but as advertised. Ramp fee waived with 10 gallon purchase. Landed 04 and off at J. I was given an intersection departure on 12R at K.

Fabulous FBO... Arrived on 9/11/11 in a Cirrus and felt like I got Gulfstream service! ... Price is reasonable... Best choice @ KHOU!!

Wilson Air is as good as it gets for service and customer focused attitude. And the fact that Hobby is a very GA friendly big airport, it is my preferred base when in Houston and Wilson Air is definitely my preferred FBO. They treat my Bonanza and me like we're their favorite customers. Give them a try in Houston or any of their other locations-you'll be glad you did!

This is the second time I have used Wilson Air Center at Hobby. Each time the service has been more than excellent. I have used Wilson for years beginning with their Memphis location, then Charlotte, now at Houston. Not sure if I will ever use their Chattanooga location, we are based in Rome, GA which is only about 15 minutes south of CHA..... Keep up the good work....

Chose Hobby because of the proximity to downtown. It's a large airport but GA friendly. Sara, Chris and crew at Wilson were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Been there several times, fly from Mexico. Great location, just steps from customs. Great line service, especially Chris. Great front desk service. Thanks a lot for having this kind of FBO.

We flew a C-560 into HOU and picked Wilson Air Center as the FBO. They provided excellent service to the Crew and Passengers. I've never been treated better at an FBO. The fuel prices were very good and all around the service was excellent. They provide little things that most FBO's don't. There is a phone connection to clearance delivery so you can get a clearance before going to the plane. I'll visit again.

I had a great experience with Wilson, even in a small plane. I called ahead and reserved a rental car, they picked us up in the car at our plane, helped load our bags, signed one simple form for the car, and was on the road in less than 10 minutes after landing. They had the plane topped off and ready to go when I returned the following day just like I asked. These guys know how to do Customer Service!! I wish more FBOs were like this one.

Stayed a week. The plane was happy. I was happy. The bill was reasonable. The people were friendly. And the customer service move of sending me a handwritten card thanking me for my choice -- that's priceless. Maybe these folks could buy Brand S and teach them the art of customer service?

It was again my pleasure to use the Wilson Jet Center at Hobby this past week. The facility may not be the most expansive, but the people working there are the best. Jonathan Garms and his folks are there waiting for you on arrival. The lineman all have smiles and are courteous to the crew and the passengers. We have been through here multiple times with our CJ, Excel and now our Falcon and the service is always top notch. This is one of those FBO's I enjoy coming to.

Great service, landed in my A36 taxied to the ramp the car was waiting gave them a fuel order and off we went. You should definitely try Wilson.
