We got weathered in here overnight, along with about 20 other aircraft, due to a long line of thunderstorms that stretched from upstate New York to South Carolina. Rosa and Dawn went the extra mile to find us rooms at 10pm and quickly arranged for transportation for us to the hotel. Lineman Duvern Miller drove us to the hotel and even let me borrow his cell phone battery charger for the night. We've been here several times in the last year and it's always the same - FIRST CLASS SERVICE.

Best FBO in HPN. Everyone is friendly from the CSR's to the lineguys. Good fuel prices, especially using CAA. AM Line Supervisor Joe Centeno is the best out there.

Michael Hilton, the supervisor at Panorama made our stay easy and successful. He was professional and he and his staff supplies all of your needs. We were handled on time and we will definitely return to Panorama in the future.

Great service. Met my Cirrus on arrival. Directed me immediately to parking. Assisted with bags. Offered ride in their van to the White Plains train station. We called from the train on the return from NYC. They met us on a rainy, busy Friday morning at the train station on our return. Plane was fueled when we arrived. They guided us to the taxiway from our parking spot. Overall, a first class experience. We did not feel like second-class passengers on a ramp filled with twins and biz jets. We will definitely return to Panorama.

We have visited this outstanding FBO several times over the past year and each time enjoyed exceptional service and very reasonable fuel and tie-down prices. Thank you! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A+ FBO. We landed in a Columbia and received service as if we had landed in a G-V. Very fair prices for the field and great service make this a no-brainer for HPN.

Very friendly line service, professional customer service staff, but they don't have TKS fluid, and seemed inexperienced at de-icing the aircraft.

As said by many fellow flyers, this is an excellent FBO. Arrived at 10:30pm and received great service. They provided a van ride into White Plains for a stay at the Crowne Plaza, and a pick up a few days later from the White Plains metro north train station. If you are going into NYC, start your adventure at Panorama.

I have tried several FBO's at HPN: I come in on a regular basis and have found Panorama the one to use if you are in a single engine plane. Very friendly and helpful staff and good facilities.

This is the place to go in White Plains. They have great fuel prices including fuel discount programs and a first class line staff. The alternative FBOs have somewhat nicer facilities, but you REALLY pay for it.

All the folks at Panorama are very nice - counter, line and maintenance, but I can't recommend this place for the little piston driver. First, my little fuel order of 10/side was not filled in two days, and with apologies my fees were waived. Then on my run-up I discovered a bad mag and returned to Panorama, who said they were happy to service it; and they have an all-night maintenance crew. Skipping the details, it took them almost three weeks to find a grounded P-lead. The only consolation is that they felt as bad about it as I did. My plane kept getting pushed behind their apparently excellent business with the airlines and corporate jet contracts.

Ditto to all of the positive comments! Stopped in twice for two quick turns to drop off and later pick up a passenger. Fees waived both times with a fuel purchase only once, and our passenger was treated great with all rental car arrangements just as reserved. The refrigerator stocked with cheesecake looked delicious, as did the gourmet coffee. Nice kitchen, passenger lounge, and pilot lounge. Very friendly staff both on the line and in the office. Thanks, Panorama!

What an amazing FBO! The facility is clean and neat and well stocked with cheesecake, coffee, candy and magazines, as well as several TVs. The most impressive parts, though, were the customer service people. Taquishe and Lewis were smart, helpful and genuinely interested in getting me a car and hotel (I neglected to call ahead). In what seemed to be 2 minutes, an enterprise car appeared and so did a room at the La Quinta (Next time I will call ahead!). Great FBO and great customer service. I will use this FBO again!

Regarding my comments of Oct 15, 2007, I received a follow up phone call from John Boyd to request information regarding my experience. He said he would investigate, and he did so promptly. He was very courteous, and assured me that my experience was not up to their usual standards. I was highly impressed that a member of Panorama's management team would take the time to call a customer who was less than satisfied, and to assure me that the next visit will be top-notch experience. John has asked us to return to Panorama, which I look forward to doing in the near future.

Arrived in KHPN one day early due to a business schedule change. Hotel rooms were virtually non-existent, and no provisions had been made for a rental car. Takesha and Rose took to the challenge immediately, producing rooms and a car, at a reduced rate, before I could hardly outline the problem. An aviation organization is only as good as it's people! I have been in aviation professionally for nearly 47 years, and service such as I experienced at Panorama is a blast from the past. Thanks for an uncommonly pleasant visit! Panorama gets high marks as the FBO of choice in the NYC area.

I have used Panorama Flight Service twice this year, and will not use them in the future. On both visits I requested fuel by a specified time, and both times the plane was not fueled by the requested time. As I was on a tight schedule, this caused considerable inconvenience. In addition, the line supervisor was very rude. When asked what their after hours policy was, he rudely replied "one minute late = $135.00/hr". The cheesecake is nice, prompt and reliable service would be better. I will use a different FBO on my next visit.

Thank you to the staff at Panorama for such excellent service. Everyone from Danny, Steve and Joe in line service to Carmen, Carolyn and Takesha in Customer Service do a great job. After a long W/E flight, there was miscommunication where one pilot ended up without a hotel room. Of course, the hotel was sold out and it was late. My pilots separated and one ended up having to drive 15mi to find a room. I called the FBO the next morning to let them know what happened. As they had the correct information I gave them, they called the hotel. Turns out it was a hotel error. Even though it wasn't their fault, they went out of their way to try to make some amends by taking care of our catering bill for us the next day. Even though that gesture didn't fix the mishap the night before, it is that kind of dedication to providing excellent service that will bring us back again and again. Thank you!!

Made my first trip into Westchester a couple weekends ago. The trip was good; the service at Panorama was great. Made a quick turn with a fuel top off and getting my passengers in a cab to see a family member who was not well. When I go back to Westchester I will use Panorama again.

Flew into Panorama for the first time Wednesday night. This is one of the best FBO's I've been to. Line Service was very accommodating and the best CSR’s Rose and Takesha, who were very friendly and extremely helpful, greeted us. They managed to get me a car in less then twenty minutes and arranged hotel rooms on the spot. Not to mention the cheesecake is delicious. We're looking forward to our return.

I'm guilty of procrastination as I actually flew in to HPN in mid-August 2006. I had emailed Panorama about a week beforehand for information and was impressed with their responsiveness...And mention of their not to miss cheesecake that one must leave room for regardless of where one dines! Their staff made my arrival and departure easy, red carpet and all. They took great care of my (rented) airplane and my guest who was waiting for me. I can't wait to go back for more of the impeccable service!

Flew in for what was supposed to be a one-day trip into NYC, but Mother Nature had other plans. Panorama was with out a doubt one of the top FBO's I have visited. Fuel turn around was quick, and the line guys were awesome. Don't forget to ask about the free cheesecake in the kitchen area! If I go back to the Big Apple, definitely going back to Panorama.

I flew my turbine bonanza in to drop off a passenger, and I was shocked to find the Jet A price was $.40 less per gallon than my AVP FBO. Naturally I topped off. The turnaround was quick and painless; the staff was extremely friendly and signed me up for the discount. The listed price on Air-Nav is lower in reality if you qualify for the discount. I was really impressed. The facility is easily accessible with excellent flight planning capability. I used to fly into TEB to go to NYC, but HPN is an excellent facility with topnotch controllers, and this excellent FBO. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Great FBO. After parking, two gentlemen approached the plane. Steve Marcri, Ops. Manager, welcomed me to White Plains then gave me a tour of the FBO and facilities. When I left, the line staff filled my cooler and helped me load the plane!

I flew to HPN for a trip to NYC. The staff at Panorama was great, really pleasant, courteous and helpful. They gave us transportation to and from the train station. It is a real nice facility and a great way to get into Manhattan. It's no wonder they are #1. And check out the free cheesecake!!

I recently used Panorama to obtain my instrument rating. They run a very professional operation with competent, efficient personnel. My instructors were outstanding, the aircraft and equipment in great shape, and the line service personnel treated my 30 year-old Cessna 172 and I as though I was flying a Citation. Line service set up a fuel account for me so I was able to fuel quickly after each flight and Accounting worked with me on all the charges to keep my finances straight. I highly recommend Panorama and all their personnel!

There is no doubt why Panorama is always rated as the best at HPN and one of the tops in the region. I flew into my home base at HPN Monday and was very tired from the trip. Not only was I met with a lineman immediately, but they brought a cart out to give me a lift to the building and took care of my fuel order and arranged for air in a low tire without me asking - all promptly. These folks know what customer service is. I highly recommend this FBO. Keep up the great work.

Definitely the place to arrive for stays in the New York metro area. They treated my Cirrus SR22 like a biz jet. Panorama provided a valet to carry multiple pieces of luggage from the plane to the terminal. They waived one night of parking with only 16 gallons of fuel purchased. The ramp is spacious with ample parking places, and the tie down was locked which made me feel more secure. They arranged transportation to the nearby train station that provides a 45-minute ride to Grand Central Station for only $6.25. On return, they provided a van to return our luggage and us to the tie down spot. Their building is clean and spacious. The only thing that is odd is the locked door between the lobby and the line office, pilot lounge and flight planning room that requires a button press for access. It is not clear why this is necessary. Overall, this is a friendly, pleasant and efficient FBO that makes access to New York affordable and quick for the single-engine pilot. I will use Panorama again.

This is what an FBO in a big urban area should be like! Even single engines Cessnas are treated like a G-IV. It was my cousin's first ever airplane trip (in 50 years!) and she was wowed at the courtesy and amenities. A regional air chart in the Planning Room would be handy for us out-of-towners. Security was tight, excellent and seemingly invisible. I'll be back!

Upon arrival at KHPN, the Panorama line staff was waiting and very helpful with my CitationShares flight. Unfortunately, the service ended there. I was in N.Y. Participating in the U.S. Open and was to pick up the courtesy car that was provided by Hertz. I inquired as to the whereabouts of the car and was met with, "I don't know." I did find the keys on the desk and proceeded to exit without so much as a thank you or you're welcome. My advice is to stay away from Panorama Flight Service.

Flew into HPN to watch the US Open Golf Tourney. Local ground transportation was virtually impossible to secure due to the influx of spectators. No problem for Panorama! Line service offered a ride to/from the spectator shuttle. Super friendly line service and front desk. Fuel prices reasonable for the area. Will definitely return to Panorama.

Finding the right airport and FBO in the NYC area is not an easy task. Having flown into the area close to a dozen times in my C310 with less than positive experiences, I will say that Panorama at HPN is the best I've found so far. First and foremost they are pleasant to deal with. They did arrange for a town car to take me into the City and it was ready and waiting when I arrived. Unfortunately, on departure they had failed to fuel two of my tanks, which caused some delay. They also lock the tie down, and had the fellow who drove me out to my plane not had to radio in for more fuel, I would have had a long walk in heavy rain back to the office to have someone unlock my plane. The fuel price was very competitive. We all make mistakes, and the overall friendliness and prompt attention of the line crew went a long way to overcoming the problems I encountered--so much so that the next time I fly into the NYC area, I'll go to HPN and Panorama.

About 6 weeks prior to landing for the first time at KHPN, I emailed Panorama Flight Services for information on costs, services, fuel etc. I received a prompt, extensive, and personal response answering all my questions from Jim Booth, Director of line services, at Panorama. When I arrived at the apron in my 172, a team of line personnel met me and the red carpet was at the door before I could get out of the airplane. The aircraft was very quickly fuelled, tied down, and secured. A taxi was called. Everyone was very helpful. The departure was equally well handled. It was a positive and comfortable experience throughout. I recommend Panorama FBO and will certainly return on any upcoming trips to the NY City area.

Spent the last 4 days with my Bonanza parked at this FBO. They put it in a hangar, only charged me for 3 nights instead of 4, gave me a discount on my fuel purchase, picked my wife and I up at the train station, and had a great attitude. I will definitely come back.

Flew 135 into Panorama for 2 years in light twins. One of the better FBO's I've visited in the country. Friendly people, great service, and a nice facility. Free cheesecake in the fridge upstairs, satellite tv, high speed internet, large leather recliners. Also, in the summer, they grill on Friday afternoons. Can't remember the times but it's a great spread. A couple mishaps over the years, but who's perfect? Definitely worth a stop...assuming the controllers can get you on the ground safely. :-)

The worst customer service we have had flying our Hawker. Called day prior to coordinate and CSR would not take info. After several call forwards put back in touch with same CSR who was very irritated but took info. Customer service? Upon arrival was treated with same negative attitude by different CSR. Took 436 gals JetA, had to go to a different office to pay and found out they could not give us a price or bill. (Four days to find out what we were charged.) Not impressed at all with customer service or procedures here, we will not visit here again.
