Great service and professionalism. We only travel to NY area 5-6 times a year, but every time we visit Panorama they treat us as if we were home-based customers. That is the reason we have been using them for the last 5 years and will continue to do so. Their line service and front desk receptionists do everything possible to help our crew and passengers. Things must have changed a lot in the last few months. Sent emails that were returned with urgency (+) but after I took off the next morning. Then landed without a marshall - I don't care, but it shows a level of professionalism. Then got the front desk vs. Line vs. Maintenance run around - so they lost out on an O2 charge and maybe a starter diagnostic. Good FBOs let you fill out the request at the front desk, leave the keys and be gone. Better FBOs even tow your plane to the other maintenance facility if they do not do the work. Cannot believe they have been rated so well. Nice people decent service, but slightly below average.

"The ultimate measure of a service organization is not where they stand in moments of comfort and convenience, but rather where they stand at times of challenge and controversy." I shall make no excuses or attempt to explain why we failed you but rather give you my word that we will do everything within our power to identify what went wrong on our end and do our very best to implement a policy and procedure to hopefully prevent a future reoccurrence of this nature. We visit HPN frequently LJ 31 and always get great attention. You never have to chase anyone down for any service you may need. Very professional staff. Gene and Ken are hands on management that are truly concerned about who parks on their ramp. Snacks are the best too.. which doesn't hurt.

Every time I visit HPN the people at Panorama make it a great experience. From top management to line service everyone seems to always have a positive attitude and a smile. I would recommend this FBO to any operator that desires top notch service.

We spend alot of time in Westchester in our CJ3 and this is best FBO by far. Customer and line service is top notch. Fuel prices are very competitive, especially when using CAA.

Making some 100 FBO stops a year in my twin turboprop, this is the best service I have received is many years. The service is volunteered in a friendly way, they do it quickly with full team, and the costs for fuel and parking are reasonable for a large metro airport.Well Done!

My new aircraft broke down and required a new prop seal for the PT6 engine; all the staff (and in particular the maintenance people) went out of their way to help us resolve the problem and get us on our way in the fastest time possible under the circumstance. I have no reservation in recommending Panorama and look forward to our next visit, hopefully without the need for the maintenance group.

Exemplary service, the level to which all FBOs should aspire. Quick, friendly, and responsive service, as you'd expect. But when a billing error occurred, they were quick to set it right, and a note from the owner stressing his commitment to customer service says it all. These guys set the standard and could not be more highly recommended.

Visited Panorama FS at HPN last week - a very good experience, service prompt, people friendly, and said what they would do and did it with a smile. I will use this FBO again for sure.

Michael Hilton, Rosa, and the rest of the crew treated us like we'd arrived in a Gulf--even though it was a Diamond DA40. They gave us great service, helped with luggage, and their prices were fair, given the N.Y.C. Metro location. Also, we reserved a car from Enterprise, which was waiting for us at the FBO.

We arrived in our BE-55. Our cabin heater malfunctioned and as such had no cabin heat. Our OAT read -30 Celsius at altitude. My toes were on the verge of frostbite when we arrived (it took over an hour sitting in the FBO before I even started to get feeling back in my toes). One of Panorama's line techs offered and gave me a clean pair of socks he had in his locker. Because of this unsolicited deed I was able to complete the remainder of my flight with no further discomfort. As an operations supervisor at an FBO myself, this individual displayed the ideal of professionalism that my line techs and I strive for at our FBO- going above and beyond service for a customer.

I arrived at HPN after a night of snow and freezing rain, to a thick coating of ice on my airplane. I asked the Panorama line crew if they would hangar my plane for a bit to allow the ice to melt. They had some space, and thus offered a tow from my outdoor tie-down and a warm hangar with only the expectation that if I fly, I'd be buying fuel from them upon my return. After bringing the plane inside the warm hangar, they sprayed the plane with hot water. Their handy work took all of about 20 minutes, and I proceeded to dry the body with towels. Panorama's line department clearly went out of their way in the name of customer service. I thought I should share their extra effort with others considering FBO options at HPN.

I visit Panorama several times a year and the service is always great. However, parking fees have just been raised from $15.00 to $25.00 per day, one day waived with fuel purchase. A 7-day visit cost me $150.00 just to park. It is extremely difficult to swallow a 67% increase, especially in these economic times. Unfortunately, at these prices I will have to find an alternative to Panorama.

Very professionally run FBO. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. It's kind of rare to get this type of service these days however these people still believe in good customer service. Great job!

I'm at Panorama often for family and business. The service is always prompt, courteous and professional. On my most recent trip, Nov 22, I arrived 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close (11:00 PM) to pick up a family member. A weak battery prevented the plane from starting. Although all their equipment had been stored for the evening they quickly got out the tug with APU and got me started. A+++++ Service! Thanks Panorama!

September 2008. I was misfueled and had to have it redone. The linemen who took the order was going off shift and never told the incoming crew. The aircraft was scratched when they fueled it. It took a week to get to talk to the person who could help me with the damage. He said he would come to my location to check it out. As of today 11/19/08 he hasn't showed up. It was Labor Day weekend and they were busy, but it is a busy airport and they should be able to handle it. There is no excuse for not following through on investigating the damage to my aircraft

Mr. Jaffe, in all due respect read the other 50 comments posted on this site re: our service standards and you will ascertain that we are a service oriented organization that prides itself in consistently providing excellent customer service. I thoroughly researched your complaint and have deduced the following; we did not misfuel your aircraft, we under fueled it due to your confusing initial instructions and we quickly rectified this misunderstanding upon your arrival. The scratches on your wing are no where near where we accessed your fuel tanks and we always use fuel mats to protect the aircraft around the filler necks so therefore we do not believe that there is any way we could have caused this damage to your aircraft. I am told that this has been discussed with both you and your home base mechanic and that you are not satisfied with our conclusion. Visited overnight 10/12/08. Great line service! Rental car ready to go. Guys to help with luggage. Fuel was 5.09/gal--not bad for NY airport. Everything about the place was first rate, helpful and easy. Paid $25 overnight charge but no ramp fee with fuel purchase. My Columbia 300 and I enjoyed the visit very much!

Good FBO stop - friendly, and even funny people working there. Go figure. They do "BOOT" your airplane overnight for "security". Thought that was odd. ATC was great getting both in and out.

Nice, close airport to NYC. Their main business is jets but they were nice enough to my family in our Cherokee six. They reserved room for us at White Plains Crowne Plaza for a reasonable rate. Took Crowne Plaza shuttle to hotel and back. Their shuttle also goes to train station every half hour during morning. We really enjoyed flight down Hudson River to Liberty Island and back!

We got weathered in here overnight, along with about 20 other aircraft, due to a long line of thunderstorms that stretched from upstate New York to South Carolina. Rosa and Dawn went the extra mile to find us rooms at 10pm and quickly arranged for transportation for us to the hotel. Lineman Duvern Miller drove us to the hotel and even let me borrow his cell phone battery charger for the night. We've been here several times in the last year and it's always the same - FIRST CLASS SERVICE.

Best FBO in HPN. Everyone is friendly from the CSR's to the lineguys. Good fuel prices, especially using CAA. AM Line Supervisor Joe Centeno is the best out there.

Great service. Met my Cirrus on arrival. Directed me immediately to parking. Assisted with bags. Offered ride in their van to the White Plains train station. We called from the train on the return from NYC. They met us on a rainy, busy Friday morning at the train station on our return. Plane was fueled when we arrived. They guided us to the taxiway from our parking spot. Overall, a first class experience. We did not feel like second-class passengers on a ramp filled with twins and biz jets. We will definitely return to Panorama.

A+ FBO. We landed in a Columbia and received service as if we had landed in a G-V. Very fair prices for the field and great service make this a no-brainer for HPN.

Very friendly line service, professional customer service staff, but they don't have TKS fluid, and seemed inexperienced at de-icing the aircraft.

As said by many fellow flyers, this is an excellent FBO. Arrived at 10:30pm and received great service. They provided a van ride into White Plains for a stay at the Crowne Plaza, and a pick up a few days later from the White Plains metro north train station. If you are going into NYC, start your adventure at Panorama.

I have tried several FBO's at HPN: I come in on a regular basis and have found Panorama the one to use if you are in a single engine plane. Very friendly and helpful staff and good facilities.

This is the place to go in White Plains. They have great fuel prices including fuel discount programs and a first class line staff. The alternative FBOs have somewhat nicer facilities, but you REALLY pay for it.

All the folks at Panorama are very nice - counter, line and maintenance, but I can't recommend this place for the little piston driver. First, my little fuel order of 10/side was not filled in two days, and with apologies my fees were waived. Then on my run-up I discovered a bad mag and returned to Panorama, who said they were happy to service it; and they have an all-night maintenance crew. Skipping the details, it took them almost three weeks to find a grounded P-lead. The only consolation is that they felt as bad about it as I did. My plane kept getting pushed behind their apparently excellent business with the airlines and corporate jet contracts.

Ditto to all of the positive comments! Stopped in twice for two quick turns to drop off and later pick up a passenger. Fees waived both times with a fuel purchase only once, and our passenger was treated great with all rental car arrangements just as reserved. The refrigerator stocked with cheesecake looked delicious, as did the gourmet coffee. Nice kitchen, passenger lounge, and pilot lounge. Very friendly staff both on the line and in the office. Thanks, Panorama!

What an amazing FBO! The facility is clean and neat and well stocked with cheesecake, coffee, candy and magazines, as well as several TVs. The most impressive parts, though, were the customer service people. Taquishe and Lewis were smart, helpful and genuinely interested in getting me a car and hotel (I neglected to call ahead). In what seemed to be 2 minutes, an enterprise car appeared and so did a room at the La Quinta (Next time I will call ahead!). Great FBO and great customer service. I will use this FBO again!

Regarding my comments of Oct 15, 2007, I received a follow up phone call from John Boyd to request information regarding my experience. He said he would investigate, and he did so promptly. He was very courteous, and assured me that my experience was not up to their usual standards. I was highly impressed that a member of Panorama's management team would take the time to call a customer who was less than satisfied, and to assure me that the next visit will be top-notch experience. John has asked us to return to Panorama, which I look forward to doing in the near future.

Arrived in KHPN one day early due to a business schedule change. Hotel rooms were virtually non-existent, and no provisions had been made for a rental car. Takesha and Rose took to the challenge immediately, producing rooms and a car, at a reduced rate, before I could hardly outline the problem. An aviation organization is only as good as it's people! I have been in aviation professionally for nearly 47 years, and service such as I experienced at Panorama is a blast from the past. Thanks for an uncommonly pleasant visit! Panorama gets high marks as the FBO of choice in the NYC area.

I have used Panorama Flight Service twice this year, and will not use them in the future. On both visits I requested fuel by a specified time, and both times the plane was not fueled by the requested time. As I was on a tight schedule, this caused considerable inconvenience. In addition, the line supervisor was very rude. When asked what their after hours policy was, he rudely replied "one minute late = $135.00/hr". The cheesecake is nice, prompt and reliable service would be better. I will use a different FBO on my next visit.

I haven't been to HPN in about 1 1/2 years, but I agree with everything said about Panorama. One thing, however, why didn't I know about the cheesecake? I'll be back there in October. Hope they have some left.

Thank you to the staff at Panorama for such excellent service. Everyone from Danny, Steve and Joe in line service to Carmen, Carolyn and Takesha in Customer Service do a great job. After a long W/E flight, there was miscommunication where one pilot ended up without a hotel room. Of course, the hotel was sold out and it was late. My pilots separated and one ended up having to drive 15mi to find a room. I called the FBO the next morning to let them know what happened. As they had the correct information I gave them, they called the hotel. Turns out it was a hotel error. Even though it wasn't their fault, they went out of their way to try to make some amends by taking care of our catering bill for us the next day. Even though that gesture didn't fix the mishap the night before, it is that kind of dedication to providing excellent service that will bring us back again and again. Thank you!!

Made my first trip into Westchester a couple weekends ago. The trip was good; the service at Panorama was great. Made a quick turn with a fuel top off and getting my passengers in a cab to see a family member who was not well. When I go back to Westchester I will use Panorama again.

Flew into Panorama for the first time Wednesday night. This is one of the best FBO's I've been to. Line Service was very accommodating and the best CSR’s Rose and Takesha, who were very friendly and extremely helpful, greeted us. They managed to get me a car in less then twenty minutes and arranged hotel rooms on the spot. Not to mention the cheesecake is delicious. We're looking forward to our return.

Flew in for what was supposed to be a one-day trip into NYC, but Mother Nature had other plans. Panorama was with out a doubt one of the top FBO's I have visited. Fuel turn around was quick, and the line guys were awesome. Don't forget to ask about the free cheesecake in the kitchen area! If I go back to the Big Apple, definitely going back to Panorama.
