As a frequent charter operator out of Panorama Flight Service at HPN, Panorama excels in providing timely aviation services and excellent customer services for our passengers and clients. The line service personal and customer service reps are professional and friendly, always interested in lending a helping hand. On a recent call ahead visit to Panorama in which every minute counted to prep the airplane for its next leg of the flight, I was met by a swarm of orange and yellow vests working like clockwork on my behalf. The airplane (BE58) was unloaded, fueled, cleaned, and reloaded in a record 10 minutes. No other words describe this but EXCEPTIONAL!! Well done Panorama. Hands down the best general aviation FBO at HPN.

From John Moynihan on 15-Dec-2011

It is a pleasure to have a great FBO like Panorama available at HPN. We are in and out of HPN several times each week, sometimes daily or more. The entire staff is outstanding: helpful, friendly, highly trained, courteous, and keenly appreciative for what makes a business unique and successful. It is impossible to mention all but in particular all the Condreras', the CSRs, the line technicians - all are top notch. Merry Christmas to you all and thank you for all your hard work every day.

From Simon Green on 20-Nov-2011

I flew my 8KCAB in to pickup a friend on a busy Saturday morning. They had a young eagles event inside the FBO lounge so the place was rammed with kids, but the ramp was extremely well organized with many lineman to help park the aircraft and top-off with fuel. Gene, the manager, promptly returned my emails when asking about ramp fees and whether they were waived with fuel purchase (which they were). Very professional setup and a well organized field overall. Be prepared to wait behind many jets when departing and remember to use clearance (instead of ground) first if requesting VFR flight following to your destination, as this is not your usual Class-D field.

From Walter Hunnicutt on 16-Nov-2011

Just wanted to say thanks to the entire Panorama Staff for all their assistance dealing with the recent snowstorm. In particular, Allen Faulkner and Mike Hilton went above and beyond while helping us get all our passengers safely off the plane and into the ground transportation despite an absolute blizzard! Two outstanding individuals on an outstanding team. Thanks Panorama!

From D. Frede on 27-Sep-2011

Gene and his staff are very professional and are willing to go the extra mile for you. We will always use Panorama at KHPN.

From Zsolt Pulai on 09-Aug-2011

We flew in there today in my PA32 Piper Saratoga. Honestly the BEST AIRPORT and BEST FBO I've ever flown into. The controllers were the bests letting us in and the FBO is very easy to identify, plus their frequency is clearly visible from the plane. The linemen were super friendly, so were the staff inside. The facility is extra clean, comfortable, a joy to spend time there. On our way out, we ended up waiting for two hours for the weather to clear out, but waiting there was so comfortable, we didn't mind. Then, they didn't charge us anything, since this was our first flight into this FBO. It was FREE! THANK YOU VERY MUCH ladies there, we for sure will return and will ALWAYS use Panorama. (We ended up leaving the airport with a Special VFR clearance at 1500' between the clouds, but it was so good experience there, we didn't mind even waiting 45 minutes in the plane at the end of the runway :) ). THANK YOU!!!!

From Ryan Nathanson on 06-Aug-2011

Flew in to visit family. Panorama really out did themselves. Although I was in a small Piper Archer they treated us like a larger jet or turboprop. Large ramp and easy to get to. The amenities and services they provided were top-notch. Everything felt and looks new. Great pilot lounge with full-access computers (not just weather programs). Water/coffee and even a snack fridge (sandwiches were add'l cost I believe). The line techs were also really nice and happy to help, making me feel right at home even in the smaller GA SEL we arrived in. They even marshaled us OUT of our parking spot as we left. There is no reason to go anywhere else on this field.

From Paul Hahn on 05-Aug-2011

The people at Panorama are very good and quite friendly. Alan did a superb job on the apron and taking me to the train station. The convenience factor for getting to NYC is what makes this a favorite place for me to access the Big Apple.

From Steve Bruno on 01-Jul-2011

Easily THE BEST FBO in the northeast! HPN and Panorama is always our stop when we are visiting NYC. We stopped last week in our Meridian, 419GR and once again experienced their fabulous and exceptionally friendly service. From the line staff to the front desk, they are incredible!

From Martin Goldfarb on 01-Jul-2011

From Mark Hepler on 28-Jun-2011

Super service again. Arrived in a Diamond DA40 prop plane, N571DS--treated like flew NetJets: greeted by a friendly lineman who loaded our bags into a waiting Hertz car. Upon departure, a porter met us at the entrance and took our bags to the nearby fueled, pulled-up plane.

From Jim Lockyer on 18-Jun-2011

Three weeks before arrival at KHPN in my C172 (June 8th-12th), I emailed my travel plans to Jim Booth of Panorama. He responded suggesting I make a reservation when my plans were confirmed. I emailed the reception desk. Within 10 minutes, I got a welcoming phone call from the Panorama reception desk wishing to know whether I would require shuttle services, etc. My aircraft and I were treated first class. Staff and line crew were helpful. They made me with my C172 feel welcome. One week later I received an email from Mr. Booth inquiring as to my experience at Panorama and thanking me for using their service. I was impressed. It was pleasure to take my C172 into Panorama. They are great and I will be back.

From Klaus Thalinger on 17-May-2011

I have flown into HPN many times as Part 135 pilot. As flight department manager and charter operator (Lake Region Air, Inc.) I want to compliment Panorama for their service on May 15, 2011 when I was flying my private CESSNA 172 to go to NYC. We were received by the line guy, helped out by Tara and Kelly at the front desk provided with exceptional service. I really enjoyed my stay, keeping in the back of my mind that I only flew in a small single engine but got the same exceptional service as a 747. I want to highly recommend Panorama at KHPN!

From John Wiley on 05-May-2011

We've flown our c-172 into every U.S. State and every Canadian province from Ontario to the West, and Panorama is the best FBO serving a major city we have visited. It's a great place to visit anything within the NYC metro area, and we've just enjoyed several days in Manhattan thanks to all the helpful folks at Panorama. Modest ramp fee, especially given the city-convenient location (avoided two major TFRs that would have grounded us at Linden, for example), and even that is waived with minimum fuel buy at a decent price. Highly recommend Panorama!

From Jeremy Morris on 28-Mar-2011

I recently flew a couple of people down the Hudson River Corridor and stopped at HPN to get them some dinner. I have landed here before, but used another FBO. I decided ahead of time to give Panorama a try. The service by the line and girls behind the desk was more than I expected. The line crew took care of everything needed without hesitation and Emily at the desk went beyond what I expected by having a crew car available along with directions and a map ready for us! This is the only FBO I will use when landing at HPN. Thanks!

From Eric McCorkle on 02-Mar-2011

Outstanding facility! The customer service here is second to none. The line personnel were professional and very helpful. The girls behind the counters were as sweet as they could be. Great FBO!

From Angie Hartwell on 13-Dec-2010

I recently was asked to use an FBO across the field from Panorama, which I found to be absent of any customer service and a dumpy facility. But it did remind me of what a great FBO Panorama is in contrast. The attentive and competent line guys are always there to marshall us in, the Customer Service Reps always great us with a smile, and sometimes management is even on hand to greet us. The new lobby, snack/coffee bar, restrooms, crew areas, and crew car are all welcome changes and make going to Panorama so frequently a good experience, both for us as crew, and more importantly for our passengers. Thank you, Panorama, for helping make our charter ops seamless. Kudos to you!

From John Hennessey on 11-Dec-2010

I have visited Panorama several times over the years. In the past I've felt a little like a second-class citizen (Arrow owner). On one trip I was forced to leave my aircraft for over a week due to weather and was charged several hundred dollars. Most FBO's will waive the fee in the event of a weather delay. This trip however the staff could not have been better. They plugged my plane in for me the night prior to my departure, they helped move the plane into the sun in the am to thaw in the sun, and they really treated me well. Wondering if they have new management? Oh yeah, they also waived all but one night of the ramp fee as I topped off my tanks. Great job guys!

From W.P. DuBose on 10-Dec-2010

There's a reason that Panorama is consistently rated so highly in the Aviation community. The facilities are fine, but it's the people--the people make it world class. We're a corporate flight department that flies to HPN several times a year, but whether I'm in a Cherokee or a Challenger, I know the line guys and customer service folks of Panorama would deliver the same excellent service. Case in point: I stupidly left my computer satchel in the pilot's lounge two days ago (pax showed up early, I got busy with their needs, etc.). I called when I got home (600nm away), and Emily behind the desk and her manager, Michael Smith, went through the trouble to find a box, pack the thing, take it to FedEx, fill out the label, and ship it back to me overnight. My passport was in the satchel, and their work will enable me to complete a relief flight to Haiti this weekend. Don't get me started on the spiritual dimensions of all this. Thank you, Michael. Thank you.

From Guido Warnecke, ATP, RELIANT AIR on 08-Dec-2010

PANORAMA is our preferred FBO at HPN and they deserve it. No matter if it's a busy summer Friday afternoon or an after-hours arrival at midnight like we did yesterday - the service is always very good and personal.

From Thomas A. Trumbull on 26-Nov-2010

We have been coming to White Plains for years and always choose Panorama, the local independent FBO. Each year the service gets better than the year before. We arrived on the busiest day of the year, the day before Thanksgiving, and were met by a team of professional line service who went above and beyond all expectations. The facilities are second to none with service to match. Being an independent FBO myself, I always choose the independent. They try harder and it seems to be working. Keep up the good work!

From Jeff Dangel on 23-Oct-2010

Flew into HPN and needed to go out commercial. Panorama gave me a ride to the commercial terminal both ways, and took care of the plane while I was away. Highly recommended. No line staff met me when I taxied in, but that wasn't a bit deal at all given the ample amount of ramp space and the fact that they moved the aircraft for me later.

From E Timlin on 18-Oct-2010

Absolutely top shelf facilities. Great people! A wonderful experience.

From Andy Quentzel on 01-Sep-2010

This was my 2nd flight into HPN this summer. With family having recently moved to Westport CT... This is the closest and easiest airport. Although I have a Baron, the folks @ Panorama treated me as if I had a G-V. On my most recent trip, I had my two young children with me. Panorama’s lounge area is extremely adult/child friendly (especially with the huge supply of snacks). My thanks go out to Mike in operations. He made it all seem easy. As Arnold Schwarzenegger said.."I'll be back".

From Brian Halye on 30-Aug-2010

I've been doing survey work in and around New York City and was looking for a place to base our operation for several weeks. Upon reading reviews and checking prices, I decided to work out of HPN and use Panorama. The line crew is great, even when we come in at busy times. The aircraft is fueled and ready to go everyday without a hitch. We even needed an oil change and an AD done. Their shop squeezed us in on short notice and all was complete for the next flight day. All in all this is a great full service FBO whether you're in a small single or a large corporate jet. Gene ranks among the top 1% of FBO owner/operators.

From Geoffrey Knauth on 21-Aug-2010

I read the great reviews and decided to try Panorama. My FBO experience was good. For people planning a trip into Manhattan: the taxi to the train station took 27 minutes to arrive (they said they'd be 15 minutes); the ride to the train station took 12 minutes and cost $18+tip ($20+tip returning); the express train to Grand Central station took 39 minutes. If I had to do it again I would radio ahead for the cab.

From Elliot Zeltzer on 19-Jul-2010

2 trips to KHPN in last 7 days. Went to Panorama both times. Facility great and comfortable. Line service was excellent and right on top of my needs. Will stop again next time we are in KHPN.

From David Bowers on 18-Jul-2010

With a small plane, PA 30, I felt as if I had the royal treatment. The service line was great, the fees (and their absence) was even better. Great all around. Stayed for 4 nights!

From Robert Bruch on 04-Jul-2010

Great FBO, terrific service and attention to detail, Wonderful experience this holiday weekend. Will visit them again on my next trip.

From Robert Beverly on 22-Jun-2010

In general I agree with all of the preceding positive comments. Tiedown fee is $25/night for singles with one overnight fee waived with fuel purchase. Since I was staying several days, they kindly waived 2 nights. The linesman was unable to take us to the North Metro train station due to staff shortage; taxi is $22-24. Be sure to purchase your 2-way train ticket at the White Plains station ($15) to avoid the lines at Grand Central Station. Trains run about every 30 minutes.

From Harold Berk on 09-Jun-2010

The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. The cheesecake (free) is a delight. John Creaco was extremely helpful. This is a premier FBO.

From Mitch Januszewski on 27-May-2010

Wow! What a great FBO. The customer service is wonderful. The facility is first class. Landed in our CE550, they immediately helped us with rental car, hotel, and train connections to NYC. This is the place to land in the NYC area. Great service and great fuel price. Thanks Michael, Gene and Carmen.

From Chris Thomas on 23-May-2010

Fantastic experience. Customer service is second to none. Very pleased with customer service manager, Michael and VP Ken Healy. Mr. Healy personally greeted us at our jet when we arrived. You just don't get that kind of service from any other FBO at HPN. Additionally, our Beechjet was RON at HPN for a whole week, yet Mr. Healy along with Michael in customer service waived most of our parking fees. Dropped the fee from $700 to $200. My company is a fleet operator and frequent customer of Panorama for good reason; because they want our business and treat our pilots and passengers like gold. Panorama is a highly professional operation that makes you feel like family. I highly recommend them. The newly remodeled FBO lounge is outstanding too. Keep up the good work and thanks so much.

From Bruno Dos Santos on 13-Apr-2010

Panorama has a wonderfully renovated facility that is very inviting and professional looking. The owners are very hands on as well, which made the FBO a pleasure to use. Appreciate everything you do!

From S Duke on 03-Apr-2010

Not good. Advised the front desk to top off our Citation V the morning of our departure, 2 days from our arrival. The next day found out they topped the jet the same day of our arrival, 600+ gallons. No communication link between front desk and lineman staff. After sitting two days, preflight revealed fuel leaking from various areas under the wing from the pressure of expanding fuel. As a result of this incident, now 20 days later, our jet continues to leak fuel. The owner accepts responsibility for the mistake, but he and his staff deny expanding fuel will cause fuel leaks in Citations. However, the owner did issued a policy change to, “not top off an aircraft prior to the day of the scheduled departure unless you are specifically instructed to do so by the flight crew.” We did get a good fuel price from them.

Response from Gene Condreras, President, Panorama Flight Service, Inc.
Mr. Duke I personally contacted you and admitted our mistake of prematurely topping you off. I apologized, deeply discounted your fuel and waived all of your parking and overnight fees. Respectfully, fuel expansion does not cause fuel leaks; it simply exposes pre existing leaks. I passionately feel that your claim that we caused your leaks is simply not true. We had a Falcon 900 who visited us recently and requested to be topped off two days before his scheduled departure.

From Paul Biegel on 28-Mar-2010

I just wanted to say "thank you" to your very helpful line crew who so diligently worked to melt the frost from the wings of my Diamond DA-40 last night. It was 10:45pm (almost closing time), the de-icing sprayer was on the blink, but your three crewmen very thoroughly melted and dried the frost with the pre-heater, and sent me on my way. It is rare to see such selfless assistance in any service industry when it's that close to quitting time. Thanks again... I'll be back to see you many times again.

From Mark Davies on 20-Mar-2010

Flew into HPN via the Hudson River corridor and went to Panorama based upon positive comments seen on this site. They proved to be correct; Panorama treated us wonderfully! Line crew was prompt, friendly, and efficient. Inside, they took care of fuel, etc., quickly and waived the landing fee with my 16gal purchase. A van drove us 10 minutes to the Cobblestone restaurant for lunch and picked us up again. Lobby/lounge/rest rooms at Panorama are high class for an FOB - we'll definitely be back.

From Bernie Hirsch on 17-Mar-2010

I parked my Arrow over the weekend at Panorama and had excellent service from beginning to end. They marshalled the plane, helped with luggage and my aircraft cover, and towed the plane to a tiedown. They gave us a ride to/from the train station, and loaned me a crew car overnight when I desperately needed ground transportation to LGA, even though it's not their policy. Free snacks and good fuel prices for the area make this a great stop. Highly recommend.

From Thomas Clements on 06-Mar-2010

Everything you want in an FBO for the little guy. Before going to HPN, I emailed all the FBO's there to ask if they had complimentary shuttle service to a Metro North train station (for a quick, inexpensive trip into the City). Only Panorama responded with a simple, "Yes, with pleasure:)" Kudos to service representative Michael Hilton and my lineman and driver, Steve. Thank you fellas.

From Arnold Sperling, M.D. N999NG on 24-Feb-2010

Panorama sets a new standard for GA pilots at White Plains. I arrived after much vectoring from the south in a PA 46 for a 2 day stay. The staff was courteous and helpful; the facilities clean, new, attractive and with snacks available. Fuel pricing, always an issue for an owner, is the best in the New York area. Ken Healy, the co owner, waived my ramp fees for both nights with my fuel purchase. Line service helped me clean the snow/slush off of the plane and I was able to depart on schedule. An express train will take you to mid town Manhattan in 30 minutes which is competitive with Teterboro. If you are using HPN this is the FBO you want to stay with.

From Patrick Agahigian on 14-Jan-2010

Panorama is an excellent FBO, great staff, nice facilities, and reasonable fuel prices make it in my opinion the best FBO at HPN. Although there will usually be a smattering of Jets on the ramp, when you pull up in your 172 you're treated just as well.

From Bill Cunningham PC12 KPWA on 14-Jan-2010

First visit to HPN and Panorama...... Everything was perfect, and this was the weekend of the major East coast snowstorm of Dec. 20th. The people of Panorama are the difference!!!! Special thanks to Mike Hilton, he made room for our PC12 in their hangar. Will always look forward to any opportunity to return. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!

From Eric John on 31-Dec-2009

I would like to pass along my experience when I flew into your facility on Dec 27th, 2009 at 5:45AM in a 560XL. We was greeted with exceptional service and perhaps the friendliest line person I have yet to meet. I am told his name was Michael Hilton. Great job Panorama!

From Dillon Massey, ACM Aviation Pilot on 21-Dec-2009

My name is Dillon Massey I am a pilot on a Falcon 2000 based in San Francisco bay area. We reguarly fly to the NY area and used your FBO for the first time on our last trip (12-17 / 12-20). I wanted to give Kudos to Mr. Micheal Hilton and the hard work that he put forth to make sure we were ready to fly, and this was a heavy task considering the large snow storm that just moved through. He helped prep and direct his team with great coordination and class, assuring our on time and safe departure from White Plains. It does not go unrecognized and we will most certainly be using your facility next stop in White Plains for good reason. Knowing the work of Mr. Hilton and your team helped get us out on not the best of days. Thanks for your time and consideration.

From Michael Zucker on 12-Dec-2009

What an improvement! What a difference! We received excellent service when we parked our T210 at Panorama during our visit to New York last month. The super-friendly and accommodating service we received from all their personnel that we encountered -- from the front desk to Mike Hilton in line management -- was tops. Frankly this is in contrast to our experience there in 2003 when we were disappointed. We believe credit must be given for turning things around. Panorama has done this, and we definitely recommend this facility to all.

From Mike Pochettino on 07-Dec-2009

After finishing my private pilot license at the Panorama Flight School back in 2008, I now fly into HPN at least once every two months in either a C172 or a PA28 from college in Worcester, MA to visit family in the area. HPN has since always been like a second home base to me. Nonetheless, the service I receive at Panorama is ALWAYS as if its my very first time visiting. Always extremely friendly, approachable, and professional. I have flown into several other very busy airports in the NE region before, and as a small piston driver, the service I receive at Panorama is second to none! I always recommend Panorama to any pilot I know. Thank you Panorama!

From Doug Spencer on 29-Nov-2009

Panorama provided great, professional service during my visit. They offered a free ride to the train station around 15 minutes away, with stops at both Harlem and Grand Central station. As a result of their prompt service, I was able to catch the express train to the city and make my appointment with plenty of time to spare. They suggested to buy a round trip ticket at the White Plains train station, which worked well to avoid long lines at Grand Central. I just paid the peak surcharge on the train of around $2.00. The only disappointing part of the visit was that they got busy around 5-6pm and didn't have sufficient staff to pick me up at the train station. Fortunately, taxis are readily available at the station. Panorama waived their fees with 10 gallons of AVGAS and offered some delicious cheesecake to make up for inability to pick up. Their full service fuel prices were reasonable, and the staff are responsive and helpful. I plan to utilize Panorama on my next visit to HPN.

From David Kobus on 28-Nov-2009

Panorama Flight Services is more than just another pretty face in the FBO business. It is a family run business that operates with a team of people who really care about providing the best service in the industry. The maintenance department at Panorama is top notch. They have a large staff of certified A&P's that are available 24 hours a day! They are certified to work on everything from Cessna 152's to Citations, Lears, Hawkers, and Challengers, just to name a few. The guys here can do regular scheduled maintenance and inspections, and are there when you need them to come to the rescue. These guys care and get the job done right and on time at a fair price!

From Gerry Pawlowicz on 23-Nov-2009

Received prompt and courteous service on our first trip into HPN in mid-September, particularly from Michael Hilton, who assisted us with unloading our aircraft and directions to our destination. The rental car was ready and waiting, fuel prices and tie-down fees were reasonable, and departure 3 days later was smooth. We'll return to Panorama next time at HPN.

From Ken Keverline on 02-Nov-2009

Great service and professionalism. We only travel to NY area 5-6 times a year, but every time we visit Panorama they treat us as if we were home-based customers. That is the reason we have been using them for the last 5 years and will continue to do so. Their line service and front desk receptionists do everything possible to help our crew and passengers. Keep up the good work! Thanks again, Ken Keverline Chief Pilot Univ of South Carolina King Air 350

From Peter Lane on 13-Oct-2009

Things must have changed a lot in the last few months. Sent emails that were returned with urgency (+) but after I took off the next morning. Then landed without a marshall - I don't care, but it shows a level of professionalism. Then got the front desk vs. Line vs. Maintenance run around - so they lost out on an O2 charge and maybe a starter diagnostic. Good FBOs let you fill out the request at the front desk, leave the keys and be gone. Better FBOs even tow your plane to the other maintenance facility if they do not do the work. Cannot believe they have been rated so well. Nice people decent service, but slightly below average.

Response from Gene Condreras, President, Panorama Flight Service
Dear Mr. Lane, I would like to sincerely apologize for failing to meet your service expectations upon your recent visit to our facilities at HPN. "The ultimate measure of a service organization is not where they stand in moments of comfort and convenience, but rather where they stand at times of challenge and controversy." I shall make no excuses or attempt to explain why we failed you but rather give you my word that we will do everything within our power to identify what went wrong on our end and do our very best to implement a policy and procedure to hopefully prevent a future reoccurrence of this nature. Please provide me with the exact time and dates of your visit so that we can fully research the events comprising our failure. Additionally, we will waive all ground service related fees upon your next visit to HPN and provide you with free O2 service in an attempt to convey our regret for your inconvenience.

From Jim Welty on 25-Sep-2009

We visit HPN frequently LJ 31 and always get great attention. You never have to chase anyone down for any service you may need. Very professional staff. Gene and Ken are hands on management that are truly concerned about who parks on their ramp. Snacks are the best too.. which doesn't hurt.

Every time I visit HPN the people at Panorama make it a great experience. From top management to line service everyone seems to always have a positive attitude and a smile. I would recommend this FBO to any operator that desires top notch service.

We spend alot of time in Westchester in our CJ3 and this is best FBO by far. Customer and line service is top notch. Fuel prices are very competitive, especially when using CAA.

Making some 100 FBO stops a year in my twin turboprop, this is the best service I have received is many years. The service is volunteered in a friendly way, they do it quickly with full team, and the costs for fuel and parking are reasonable for a large metro airport.Well Done!

My new aircraft broke down and required a new prop seal for the PT6 engine; all the staff (and in particular the maintenance people) went out of their way to help us resolve the problem and get us on our way in the fastest time possible under the circumstance. I have no reservation in recommending Panorama and look forward to our next visit, hopefully without the need for the maintenance group.

Exemplary service, the level to which all FBOs should aspire. Quick, friendly, and responsive service, as you'd expect. But when a billing error occurred, they were quick to set it right, and a note from the owner stressing his commitment to customer service says it all. These guys set the standard and could not be more highly recommended.

Visited Panorama FS at HPN last week - a very good experience, service prompt, people friendly, and said what they would do and did it with a smile. I will use this FBO again for sure.

Michael Hilton, Rosa, and the rest of the crew treated us like we'd arrived in a Gulf--even though it was a Diamond DA40. They gave us great service, helped with luggage, and their prices were fair, given the N.Y.C. Metro location. Also, we reserved a car from Enterprise, which was waiting for us at the FBO.

We arrived in our BE-55. Our cabin heater malfunctioned and as such had no cabin heat. Our OAT read -30 Celsius at altitude. My toes were on the verge of frostbite when we arrived (it took over an hour sitting in the FBO before I even started to get feeling back in my toes). One of Panorama's line techs offered and gave me a clean pair of socks he had in his locker. Because of this unsolicited deed I was able to complete the remainder of my flight with no further discomfort. As an operations supervisor at an FBO myself, this individual displayed the ideal of professionalism that my line techs and I strive for at our FBO- going above and beyond service for a customer.
