No body came out to park us so we parked on the NetJet ramp where two linemen were. Soon as we started to park, the two men shook their heads indicating we were at the wrong location. Made a phone call to Signature after shutting down and they said they could not tow us to the main ramp. Pulling up on the main ramp we see two linemen on opposite sides of the ramp with their arms down showing no signaling instructions. The F/O and I could not determine whom to pull up to, so we made a guess. The lineman parked us so close to a Mooney that I was not comfortable completing the turn without a wing walker (which at most FBO's is standard). After shutting down engines one of the linemen came up to me demanding I restart and park the plane where instructed. I tell him I was not comfortable without a wing walker. The same person called us liars stating we only called them on 132.00 upon reaching the ramp the second time. CVR playback proved otherwise. Air conditioning was broken too.

I landed in my Piper Archer at around 2am on Christmas Eve, grounded at HPN due to weather. The staff here is incredible. We received the same treatment as if we landed in a Learjet. Thanks again!

I arrived today, July 30, 2009, in my Cessna Skylane 182, to pick up a passenger arriving on Delta at the adjacent terminal. The staff, Ivette, Christine and Adrienne was professional, polite, and quite welcoming offering me popcorn, coffee, cookies, newspapers, etc. The $28- ramp fee was waived with a small fuel purchase at a reasonable price. The clear choice of FBO's at HPN is Signature based on service, the affable staff, the convenient location to the terminal and restaurant next door. The reasonable fuel price was an added bonus.
