All of the folks at Mesquite act like they're actually happy to see you. We spent two weeks working out of HQZ on a mapping project, flying from 0000 to 0500 each morning. The security guard would actually meet us and help refuel. When we first arrived, he took us to the Hertz office (10 miles away) to pick up our vehicle since it was after hours. When a storm blew in late one evening, the guard awakened the Airport Manager to obtain hangar space for our bird and helped stow it. That's service above and beyond the call. On top of that, they have the best fuel prices in the Metroplex. Best service I've ever received (except for my home HBO of course)

Stopped in at the end of Feb 2009. Was only going to stay for a couple of days, however, upon returning to the plane I discovered I had blown a nose strut seal. These guys dropped everything and helped me. They charged me the standard shop rate and made no money on the parts. (I know because I ordered them) first rate job, and quick. This is not my first rodeo with maintenance. My plane is over 50 years old, and over the years I have owned several. These guys were fast and very honest. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Shop was clean and orderly - these guys have their act together and are very friendly, reasonably priced, and very honest. Will stop in again!

Though I have not visited Mesquite yet, I can add a very positive note for the "Flight Planners". On calling Mesquite I encountered Kristen. She went out of her way to address my needs, though some had no profit potential for the FBO [specifically auto rentals]. She did great! and reflected on Mesquite.

Stopped here overnight on a ferry flight from CA to VA. A friend needed assistance with his C-180 and Mark, Faith Air Director of Maintenance hung around late on Friday afternoon digging through a parts bin and found the prized cylinder base nut that we needed. I had to beg him to take money for it. Shop was clean and orderly - these guys have their act together and friendly Texas-sized good-natured personalities to boot. Great place.
