Landed for 24 hours, they charge me $80 ramp fee and $ 200 handling fee no one met the plane or moved to cones when we left. They moved the plane about 100 feet and chocked it. Offered no discount on the $7.69 fuel. I am a C-90 not G-IV. We will never go to this airport or a Signature FBO again

Service was excellent. Tad, Nicole, and many others took good care of us. Line personnel were prompt and attentive, offering water when we landed, carting us to/from the aircraft, and bringing the car to our aircraft. They also know where the good restaurants are! Landing fee was waived with my fuel purchase, and $0.50 discount on fuel if staying part of the weekend. Thanks to all for the great visit.

5/28-6/1/11 Excellent service from line and desk personnel. Rental car was brought out to plane and lineman assisted in loading it. Paperwork for car handled quickly and efficiently. Fuel order filled as requested at discounted ($.50/gal) rate- from $7.45/gal + FET! $35 handling fee waived with 10 gal fuel purchase; airport still charges $7 overnight fee and some other minor fees.

We fly down to HXD about 5 times a year and the service is consistently top flight. On February 20, my wife and I flew down from FRG in New York and called ahead in the AM for a rental car, which was unavailable from any rental car source because of the Presidents Day weekend. Christina said to me, "When you arrive there will be a car on the ramp waiting for you." Sure enough as we taxied to the Signature ramp a rental car was driven out to greet us. Thank you Christina...You're the best!

Stopped overnight Jan. 2nd/11 returning from Turks & Ciacos. Outstanding service, arranged hotel, crew car, and suggested nearby restaurants. 50-cent discount on fuel and great service brings us back to HXD, Thanks to all the staff.

Three of us flew from Atlanta to Hilton Head Island for a meeting. We were on a tight schedule. One gentleman needed to be flown to Perry and the other would accompany me to Nashville. Tad at Signature met us literally with a red carpet. He handled our aircraft and had it ready for our departure right on time. Because of Signature's exceptional service we made our Perry stop and 5:00 appointment in Nashville. Thank you Tad from Ron Calugar and the guys!

Got stuck in HXD over New Years weekend (landing gear problems) Tad and the whole staff were outstanding. Crew car, great rate on a motel room. Fifty-cent discount on fuel and Excel Air got me in the air soon after the parts arrived. Excellent FBO I will be back.

I fly into HXD occasionally and take on about 12 gallons and they treat me just like the big guys. Had to stay over one night (totally my fault for joy-riding with thunderstorms in the area) and they gave me a crew car at no charge. First-class operation, they don't act like they're the only FBO on the field.

Several of us flew into Hilton Head on N8163F. This was a quick two hour business trip. You would have thought we landed in a Gulf Stream. Tad parked us and helped with our ground transportation while another lineman rolled out the carpet. We were greeted at Signature with coffee, cookies, water, soft drinks and a first class pilot's lounge. Thank you Tad and Signature for the exceptional service.

The folks at Signature in Hilton Head are the best. The service level for small piston aircraft is amazing. I was picked up by the crew van, given use of the crew car and treated like big iron. As Arnold sez, "I'llll Be Back!" Thanks for everything.

Flew into HXD on Saturday for lunch with friends. Crew car was out, but the FBO called a taxi for us and was waiting for us. Fuel was reasonable priced and the handing fee was waived. Friendly people who helped make our trip a lot of fun!

Landed on a Sunday and were immediately greeted by Tad the line guy. He had a great attitude and was very helpful in pulling our rental cars planeside (I had forgotten to radio ahead to give them notice, but he had them both there by the time we had the bags out of the plane) The CSR rep was also very helpful and knowledgeable about places to eat and visit. They also advised that there is a fuel discount on the weekend and since we were leaving Tuesday it saved us quite a bit to take fuel on Sunday rather than Tuesday. Thanks!!! Tad was again on top of his game when we returned to leave HXD with a ride to the plane and bottled water. This is a place that I look forward to returning to in the future. Great job guys.

Had our 172 break down about 2 weeks ago flew in Thursday 09-02 to make repairs and pick up were greeted by line service upon arrival to see if they could be of any assistance went inside FBO to use restroom friendly staff waived any fees for extended tie down had fresh hot cookies, coffee, water what a class act FBO would sure recommend

Arrived this afternoon in a Piper Arrow from Myrtle Beach. Lineman was very friendly and offered to take us to the FBO from where we were parked via golf cart. Tanks were topped off quickly and efficiently. Ashley, behind the desk, is very friendly and gave us directions to Plantation Cafe and gave us a crew car (Ford Fusion). Handling fee is waved with fuel purchase. Nice, clean, modern facilities. Highly recommended!

Well, we said we would be back and here we are! Great service upon arrival by all line and staff personnel. Preplanning for the trip's arrival was effortless and all CSR contact was at the 110% level of excellent customer service. Michael Bennett was extremely helpful upon arrival and gave me a lift to the Hampton Inn. We look forward to continued excellent customer service on our future returns. The PC-12 enjoys "Low Country" dense air!

I too have always found good service from this FBO. In response to those who have had trouble with rental car service, please note both Avis and Hertz will deliver cars to the FBO if you join their Preferred or Gold #1 loyalty programs. You can even reserve right on their web sites and their prices are great.

We spent a week in Hilton Head, flying out twice during the week for local business. Signature's service there is excellent, even for our little Cirrus. We arrived on a Sunday, and were given the weekend discount on our fill up, knocking 50 cents off per gallon. Line staff drove me to the "regular" terminal to pick up my National rental (National won't deliver to Signature, my guess is to preserve the Enterprise GA pricing now that they're all owned by Enterprise), which was $120 less per week than Enterprise. Took a total of 10 minutes to get over and back. Staff is knowledgeable, and happy to help with seemingly any problem/question. As my wife said, "wow, they give you the G5 treatment here!” I look forward to our next visit.

I stopped by the FBO on a recent car trip to Hilton Head. I had the great experience of meeting the General Manager, Michael Bennett. He treated us like he had known us for years. Gave us a tour of their very nice facility. I highly recommend this FBO to anyone planning to visit the Island. Will definitely fly in from Sebring FL one day.

Incredible service! On a return trip from Daytona Beach, FL to Bowling Green, Ohio I stopped in overnight due to bad weather. Front desk treated my students and I like kings. In just a C-172 we had quick service, friendly desk workers, and the line guy was great. Most pleasant crew I think I've ever seen. Desk girls loaned us the crew car overnight and gave us a discounted FBO rate at the local Hampton Inn. Great FBO!

Fantastic service...Signature gets a deservedly bad wrap everywhere else for high costs and crappy attitudes.... These guys should write a new training manual for the rest! We were treated like regulars, EXCELLENT line service and truly pleasant and helpful CSR's. Rental car was ready and waiting upon arrival. These folks deserve your business. (...And they will get it since there is no competition on the field.)

We flew in for the day to HXD and on arrival we were greeted and parked by the GM Mike and had our rental car company ready for our pickup when we got into the building. Mike has a great staff and even though it's a "Signature" operation with the high fuel prices and handling fees they do a good job meeting your individual needs quickly and professionally. That is a tribute to the GM Mike and his hands on approach with his team. We will be back again soon.

This is not your father's Signature Flight Support location!! Whether it's the southern charm or proximity to a great relaxation spot, these folks know how to help you start and end your vacation. Special thanks to Heather (for sticking her head outside to see if the storm had passed), Dan (for helping with the luggage) and Christina (for clearing up my questions on the billing). $30 handling fee is waived if you purchase fuel, and while fuel may be a little pricy, I was able to save $.50/gal by having it pumped on the weekend instead of Friday when we arrived. Only game in town, but don't act like it. Keep up the great service.

I've been flying into Hilton Head for 10+ years. Even though the ownership if this FBO changed about a year ago, their service remains the best of any FBO I visit. Currently, I'm here during the Heritage Golf Tourney. Very busy. They were able to get my 414 into a hangar when a line of strong storms was approaching. I'll sleep better tonight knowing my plane is safely tucked away. Thank You Mike!

The people at Signature HXD are great. I flew in from Atlanta with my wife for a day of kayaking. After they parked us, Heather at the desk was happy to drive us across the island to the kayak rental. More impressive, she came and picked us and our soggy gear up 5 hours later. This "Jet-set" treatment for a C172! It really made this an easy trip; I only had to think about flying and kayaking, no logistics!

I routinely fly into HXD in an Eclipse 500 and I can say the service is very good. I am here so much that it's like visiting friends but even the first time they really went above and beyond. Signature always is a little more expensive but the people at HXD definitely work for their money. Whenever I come in everything is taken care of and waiting for me even if I don't call "in range". Thanks to all the line and CSR folks at HXD.
