Had to make a quick trip to IAH. I went In Sunday night late to pick up my daughter coming in from Athens, Greece. I was flying a fifty year old 172. I couldn't have gotten better service had I been in Gulfstream V. I was embarrassed that I could only put on ten gallons of fuel When I asked about a car to pick her up at the terminal, they said let us do it, it's not as easy as it looks. They were right. I'll be forever grateful, as will my daughter. She had been traveling for nearly 24 hours. Thank you!

Flew into Atlantic to run some errands in Houston, having used them regularly with nothing but good experiences. Everything was fine until we returned the car and prepared to leave, at which time the lady working at the desk told us that it would be a $40 fee (previously having been $14). She said that this was the "standard" fee and there was nothing they could do about it. After a series of excuses for the increased price (we had borrowed the car [also had every time previously] or a manager could have waived in the past [never seen a manager there once]) from a particularly rude lineman (as all three sat inside eating ice-pops), the lady working at the desk said that she would waive the fee to make it only $17. This from the same lady who said there was no way they could edit the fee. We'll be across the field at Landmark from now on.

I recently left out of Houston for a commercial trip to Puerto Rico. I wanted to fly from Austin to Houston. I contacted the folks at Atlantic a few months early and they were most helpful. They found me a great rate on a hotel at the airport. They offered a discounted fuel price on the weekend. They dropped us off at the hotel and picked us up at the commercial terminal when we returned. Mr. Marino and his staff did a great job from first email contact to last wave goodbye as we left. If you need to be at a big airport Atlantic was a nice place to stage from.

Landed on 8L and taxied all the way down to Atlantic. Nice facilities and courteous staff. Very helpful and discounted fuel price on the weekends! Atlantic is right next door to the Continental flight training facility so it's an easy walk. My first time to KIAH and a very pleasant experience. I'll be back.

Taxiing in on a cold, damp night, I was directed away from the FBO terminal to another lineman a good tenth of a mile away. When asked why I was being parked in the 'Boonies' the lineman told me that ATLANTIC didn't have a tow bar that would fit my Merlin and they didn't want me blocking the ramp. No ride back to the FBO for the Pax. ATLANTIC didn't know we were coming and weren't prepared for passengers (?), even though I called that morning to reserve a rent car for the crew and told them my arrival time and Pax. The lady at the desk asked what time we were leaving in the morning and my fuel request, and of course, I expected to find the aircraft fueled when I arrived the next morning. Not gonna happen. I was then told I would have to buy more fuel than I wanted or pay a $220 ramp fee. I already had a $120 overnight fee and a $4 surveillance (?) fee. After telling the agent three times I didn't want prist, I was charged for it anyway. ATLANTIC needs better training and equipment.

Stopped here a week ago, staff was great and very professional. The flight planning facilities were another story. This is the second Atlantic I have visited this month that did not have a working computer in the flight planning room. The boss needs to spend a little money and get some computers that work.

Went into Atlantic IAH a few days ago in our King Air 350. Sandra from the front counter was great and very professional. Customs met the airplane at the FBO and after clearing the fuel truck topped us off immediately. Great Service thanks Sandra!
